Our 1st vlog from this fascinating breakaway state covers Bender, with its Soviet-era bus station cafe, and the 15th century Bendery fortress.
Many people go on a day trip to Transnistria from Chisinau, but we recommend staying a few days and experiencing the sights and memorabilia of the last bastion of the Soviet empire, as there is so much to see and do in this breakaway state!
We planned on staying 3 nights but enjoyed it so much that we stayed 5 nights in total.

yes true...but on the street most people speak Russian or Ukrainian. Only few people speak Romanian. At least that was my impression.
Nice video, however you could show more of the center of Bendery. Btw, Bendery city is named by Turks in Ottoman era after turkish expressin "Bend Yeri" which means "where the river bends"
I wish we'd walked around a bit more but I'm pleased we made it to the cafe, market and fort.

Hello, and good day, I forgot to ask a very important information from you. it’s about how much max dollars do I have to bring with me to Enter Moldova, chisinau airport? Do I have to declare it or just leave it that way? I Thank you for the help And i appreciate it 😊
We took a night bus from Cluj Napoca in Romania to Chisinau, and weren't asked anything about duration of stay or how much money we had, so unfortunately can't help you with the arrival process if you fly into Moldova.

How much time will it take to visit Bender?
We spent maybe 5-6 hours there, going to the cafe, wandering around the market and visiting the fort... I am sure there is a lot more to see!

NO!! NOT a single western card will work there. MUST bring CASH money only...you can exchange Euro, US dollars or Moldovan Leu without any problem. I dont know if they take Ukrainian money. Make sure to change any PMR money back if you leave because its worthless outside Transnistria.(nobody will except it)
Its a pity you did not show the plastic coins they use. As far as I know the only country in the world to use these!
