Those are not from now, they reserve their physique until the very day, it is so that they have an idea how they are doing. I follow it day by day and it is more scratched, it is already at a stage a little more advanced than there.

Derek, Hadi, Samson and Andrew look so much better, bigger, aesthetic, better shape/muscle bellies, skin thinness / look, posing etc than the rest of the guys. Martin has def improved drastically and completely stepped his physique/overall attitude and outlook on training and competing this year compared to all his previous years, but he is no where near a top 4 or 5 placing at the Olympia with how the guys I named look etc.
