5 things only FALLOUT players noticed in the TV series!

- I am a huge Fallout fan! Both in stature and in passion for those Bethesda games. While I skipped Fallout 76 since I am very bad at sharing loot, I played all of the single-player games at some point. Some even multiple times.
When Amazon announced that they were doing a live-action series on Prime based on Fallout, I was apprehensive. Now that I have seen all of the episodes, I'm ecstatic.
In this video, I want to list 5 things that were in the TV series and that hit me in the feels as a Fallout fan. Let's have a look.

I too loved these moments. The computer hacking part had me sitting up and loudly exclaiming “ah ha!” while pointing at my tv. One if my other favorite parts is when Lucy was in vault 4 learning about Shady Sands the New Vegas music started playing.
Nice, I didn’t notice that last one. I remember the FO4 there when she touched the cam rep flag. So many small references :) loved it.

Actually the Amazon X-Ray says "Fallout 4 Main Theme" when Lucy looks at the NCR flag in the classroom. They are very similar.
@@testfire3000 Sure but consider who made NV and who made F4, and who is consulting on the movie, and who isn't. It's the same notes, exactly. Of course Bethesda is going to put their name on it.
"Wasteland Survival Guide" in the shop when Lucy is looking for Moldaver's name in the shop.

This series has been a breath of fresh air. 8 hours of solid, escapist fun.

My moment was when Lucy pulled the NCR flag while the Fallout themed played.
fallout 4 music eps and seeing vault 4’s jumpsuits gave me goosebumps
Inon Zur, he did the soundtrack for FO4, and Dragon Age: Origins. He hit my radar as a composer over Dragon Age.
Apparently he did all the 3D Fallouts, and Starfield, and his first game soundtrack was Icewind Dale II.
Well I started playing Fallout when it was only one game so the broken water chip scen made me happy also wish to see more of the Enclave. The newer game have some Enclave stuff but they ends up as the main bad guys in Fallout 2.
I have not played the Fallout games yet, but I did start watching the show, and it's good! Hearing all of these things they implemented from the game into the show is so nice. I really need to play the games now so I can see it for myself :p GREAT VIDEO!!

I think the squires BoS has is a small nod to Fallout 2 witch had a lot of references to Monty Python. They really resembles they squires from the movie Quest for the Holy Grail
Haha with the coconuts. That might have been an inspiration.
The only thing I disliked we didn't get is super loud vault door opening from the older games
The most unrealistic scene was norm getting hacking right on the first try

Imagine my surprise you got a channel! Deemzies!!!!! 🤘Fav moment was the skull of the Deathclaw and the view of 'you know what, no spoiler' city! Seeing Mr house alive and the performance of Goggins as The Ghoul. The mr handy robot was cool as well!

My list is: The tone, the music but more importantly the sound bytes (stim pack lookin at you), VATS! the ghoul uses VATS in his Filly fight, JUNK JET!! (2 not 1!) and Stim pack rapid healing (when Ghoul uses stimpack on Dogmeat, he insta-heals EXACTLY like he does in the game, except they toned down his horrible crippled crawl and whimpering Thank God). Hey dont forget, Fallout London mod for FO4 is about to drop!
Good list! I heard they delayed London because of the Next Gen update being so broken :-/
@@geekandplunder Not exactly, delayed because Bethesda didnt tell them about the update, it suspiciously came out almost same day as their long announced release date, and so now they are treading lightly and retesting everything (and truth be told Id be suspecting a trap, and treating that update as a deliberate minefield, I would...)
The Ghoul definitely has the Bloody Mess perk too, as seen in that fight.
100% blew all my expectations away!
Best line in the series? "Golden Rule, Motherfucker". So hilarious and completely summed up who Lucy is and who she was becoming.

i totally agree with you, im a huge fallout fan. everything was perfect ive been playing since 2008. i never stopped playing. i started fallout 4 from the beginning in december. and now that you mention it, i collected garden gnomes, but i forget tho if it was fallout 3 or new vegas i did that. but i do remember setting them up perfectly just to accidentally keep knocking them over. .. im always surprised when ppl havent played the games. so im glad the series has sparked so much interest in the games. anyway awesome video you have won a new subscriber..i have watched several fallout videos and you are the first guy i believe played the games.

5 things noticed: 1. Kid in a fridge tanking a nuke reference (over and over and over and over again, suck it up Emil critics), 2. ghouls are immortal zombies immune to bullets, except some that die if hit in the shoulder, but there is magic daily drug that keeps them normal or they collapse in few hours (thank god they though about that before the war, or we will not have any sane pre war ghoul) 3. Stimpak can instantly resurrect but do not work on "razor blade in the boot" cuts 4. If squires are not children then i wonder what initiates and aspirants are. Doesn't matter because BoS demands loyalty but if you backstab and steal you get promoted as top dog bully. Also they don't like Sisters anymore apparently, and missions can wait if you want to go rage shooting stuff for fun. 5. China is innocent, evil capitalists nuked themself to make lots of money and realize the dream to exterminate dirty poor consumers to create a new world of supermanager for the ultimate monopoly. Final vote: 2077/10 best writing in the history, I particularly like the power armor flashlight not working when ghoul dialogue is prompted, just like in the games. And of course kid in the fridge and oldies.

@@geekandplunder I’m so glad they’re doing this adaptation the right way. It’s hard, especially with fallout. It’s such a unique universe. They captured the feel of the games perfectly.

Hello. The TV Series was really great, but they are things missing. Where are the synths, build a settlement and add settlers, where is to explore a city, find things, using things, open doors to new interios. Where is to explore of inside of Brotherhood of stell, ship. Where are the monsters like a live deathclaw. At the end of my comment, stimpak is a good extra help for the game Fallout 4 but not so plausible for real people playing in a TV series. That's all. Thanks.
The show is full of inept writing mistakes. The biggest one that bothered me so much was the faith of Vault 32 citizens. The writers tried to build an exciting mystery by showing us that every single one of them committed suicide in the most brutal, horrific ways possible. The big mystery is that Vault-Tec lied to them that they were supposed to build civilization outside when the time came, but it was already built, so they just needed to re-colonize it.
Why does that make them all want to kill themselves??? It makes no sense!
To be fair we do not know what happened. There is evidence of self inflicted death, murder and even torture. There seems to be more going on than them figuring out the truth. We hopeful we’ll learn more in season 2 :)
The writing really didn’t bother me personally. My expectations were low to start with. And I don’t mean that in a bad way. Adaptions need to work for a broad audience and that sometimes comes at a cost. That being said, everyone is entitled to their opinion and sorry to hear that these things bothered you so much. :s
You find vaults like that all the time in the game its 100% game related you have to keep saying that. My biggest problem was Moldaven (Stupid name even) Peggy or Janet would have been funner. She is supposed to be good but she lets her raider crew slaughter innocent people?? But she got a vault cryo pod so she's Vault Tec??
I'm pretty sure that was done on purpose and is going to be explained next season..? I mean, we have to remember that roomba brain has basically been running the vaults behind the scenes. And if Vault 32 say, "found out the truth" and he wanted to get rid of them, there's always Chem experiments we've seen in other vaults that can cause everyone to go homicidal/suicidal if let in through the vents... Idk, there's a lot of options, I'm just saying it was intentional and will be explained next season along with what happens with Norm. 👍
