What i have percieved so far is right,when in gym trainer always make us to do more isolation workout,they never guide us to do compound exercise,i quite gym last year,now iam doing workout in home with heavy weight training,doing heavy squat,benchpress,shouldr press in stand position,deadlift .

Well said bro...I have lost 12 kg in 50 days with proper diet and all.,these days I do cardio 5 km in 33 minutes after the weight training on 6!days of a week...1st two weeks I started with only cardio.,there after weight training with 7km cardio about 4 weeks...then from the 5th week as of today it’s 5km in 33 minutes maximum...
