Here's a low carb high protein pasta I get off of amazon: Kaizen Low Carb Keto Pasta Fusilli. I make lunch for my husband out of this, about 5 servings after I add sauce, mushrooms, asparagus, kalamata olives, artichokes, sun dried tomatoes.

I got some great new ideas for getting out of my routine eating slump. I just started eating cottage cheese. I whip it up in a blender so it looks like yogurt. I have to add Splenda to it and top with semi frozen blueberries and granola. So good. I will be adding cottage cheese to hamburger!

Can you do a video on how to grill frozen chicken? I used to be a vegetarian for years and I don’t know how to easily cook chicken- unless it’s in a crockpot it ends up not tasting good. Would appreciate a how-to.
Just bring your own special drink ,snacks or food so you can eat with them just not the food they are eating . say no thank you and do not eat what they are eating. Tell the friends that you have inflammation and you cannot eat the other foods that make you feel unhealthy. 💪☺️

I do the same thing with the low carb tortilla and turkey pepperoni!! Except I do the 60 calories Trader Joe's shredded mozzarella instead of a string cheese lol. Also I put the sauce on it, I'm going to try your method of dipping instead. Also love your idea about low carb tortilla and turkey dog with mustard for a "corn dog." Screw the people who roll their eyes at tricks like this... no offense, they're probably overweight because they can never stick to their "clean" diets 100% of the time and end up binge eating. I see it all the time. Life is all about balance and finding ways to eat the "junk" in moderation. Love this video!

I agree with adding cottage cheese to your eggs. So good, and creamy texture it adds to the eggs, and all that extra protein too. I definitely want to try your idea about adding pudding mix to yogurt. That sounds good!' I am fortunate to be 50 and naturally slim, but I still want to eat healthy and quit sugar, but it is so hard since I have never had to watch what I eat, so I am little spoiled when it comes to eating whatever I want and not paying for a price for it...... YET!!

For me, it’s all about creating “healthier”…or rather lower fat/calorie alternatives to my favorite fattening foods. If I can make it resemble the taste just enough to trick my mind, I’ll gladly eat it over the real thing if it helps me keep the weight off. 😂❤💋

My daughter in law worked for cerner and she was on a research project and they know it causes Alzheimer’s. Target has a great popcorn in a green bag that’s really good and only has 3 ingredients olive oil and sea salt and organic popcorn. I heat it up in the microwave so it’s nice and warm and sometimes add a little more salt. I used to love microwave popcorn too. It’s so dang good. Thanks so much for this video so helpful❤

I just love your channel! I would love to see more "diet" videos. We are trying to start a low carb high protein diet as Keto is way too restrictive and I just can't get back on it. Do you ever eat pasta or rice - just in moderation? I'm trying to figure out how we can do this and still have those things maybe once a week. Curious how you handle those types of cravings without the alternatives like cauliflower rice or zoodles, etc. Or do you just abstain... Thanks!
I know EXACTLY how you feel!! Keto was too restrictive for me too. I missed my fruits and vegetable way too much. However, I do have to say, I felt really good on Keto. Especially my joints, mainly in my hands. I try to refrain from eating rice, bread, pasta, and potatoes often, but I don't avoid them altogether. Rice is probably the one I eat most. If I eat bread or tortillas it's always keto, unless it's a cheat day, which I have once a week. On that day I will eat anything I want. ❤🤗
There was a cottage craze on Tiktok last year! The most viral was a high protein cottage cheese and ground beef queso dip. I made it and ate it with the zero keto tortilla chips heated till crispy in the microwave. So good!!! ❤😋
Wonderful video. I eat very much the same way. And I am also slender at 57. I eat a lot of Mexican food or those easy tortilla pizza's, Turkey or Roast beef wrap with cheese no bread. I love Cottage Cheese too. I love using it as a dip for baked Tostito's corn chips. I use the same canned chicken, My mom did that too and it was always great. For variety and days I want something quicker. I do buy the Healthy Choice Dinners, but I add additional Vegetables to them to Bump them up, taking them to work or for dinner at night. And use the Avocados as a Frito Pie, mixed with chili powder, cumin, cheese and onion. I also switched to Almond Milk about 3 years ago and love it too. Really enjoy these type of videos. Well done!!
Try the organic Pacific brand of soup. It’s so much healthier! I just heard a video about Campbell Soup. So so so bad! I love putting pomegranate seeds in my cottage cheese. I’m also thin and eat very weird things. Be careful for the tuna… I agree it is so delicious but it is also full of mercury.
I don't think you eat strange, i like how you eat and would love your recipes!! I like to slow cook boneless skinless chicken breasts every week and have it to put in my salads. I also occasionally eat deli turkey or chicken breast. Lately ive been buying Al Fresco chicken tomato and basil flavor meatballs!! I also enjoy lean ground turkey, turkey sausages. (Mustard 👍) i wish i liked seafood but i don't. I know its healthy for you. I love sugar snap peas with some hummus too. Asparagus is my favorite veggie. I love all veggies though. Ty! You eat differently from everyone else on UA-cam who talks about diet and weight loss and you look better than all of them. It's amazing that you can eat this way and still maintain your figure like this in your 50's so stop apologizing for what you buy and how you eat because it's working!

Fat does not make you “fat”. It is actually crucial for your health going into your 59’s. A healthy brain depends on it. All the horrible low fat & sugar substitutes are nothing more than chemical poisons that will catch up w you & destroy your body.
I love your diet. It’s similar to mind the difference is I take it to the next level like getting organic chicken, grass fed beef, rotisserie is a bad quality of chicken and if you grill everything on charcoal it’s bad for your health. Frozen seafood from china is bad and tuna contains lots of mercury. I recommend flavcity his name is Bobby Parish..you said something awesome about the uncured ham that is spot on. Instead of rinsing grease off chicken in the sink so it goes down the drain (which is terrible for your pipes !) you can just pat it off with paper towels and throw those away.
My in laws would devour popcorn with mustard! I'm more of a popcorn and hot sauce and ketchup girl. But I totally get eating popcorn with a "dip" as a snack. So yummy!

I personally thrive on meat and fat. My skin, energy, bloating, muscle mass, hair, sleep, hormones….all improved dramatically. I’m enjoying lots of butter, eggs, rib eye steaks, bacon, seafood, turkey, ground beef…you get the idea. Delicious!

Wonderful video. I eat very much the same way. And I am also slender at 57. I eat a lot of Mexican food or those easy tortilla pizza's, Turkey or Roast beef wrap with cheese no bread. I love Cottage Cheese too. I love using it as a dip for baked Tostito's corn chips. I use the same canned chicken, My mom did that too and it was always great. For variety and days I want something quicker. I do buy the Healthy Choice Dinners, but I add additional Vegetables to them to Bump them up, taking them to work or for dinner at night. And use the Avocados as a Frito Pie, mixed with chili powder, cumin, cheese and onion. I also switched to Almond Milk about 3 years ago and love it too. Really enjoy these type of videos. Well done!!

Try the organic Pacific brand of soup. It’s so much healthier! I just heard a video about Campbell Soup. So so so bad! I love putting pomegranate seeds in my cottage cheese. I’m also thin and eat very weird things. Be careful for the tuna… I agree it is so delicious but it is also full of mercury.

I don't think you eat strange, i like how you eat and would love your recipes!! I like to slow cook boneless skinless chicken breasts every week and have it to put in my salads. I also occasionally eat deli turkey or chicken breast. Lately ive been buying Al Fresco chicken tomato and basil flavor meatballs!! I also enjoy lean ground turkey, turkey sausages. (Mustard 👍) i wish i liked seafood but i don't. I know its healthy for you. I love sugar snap peas with some hummus too. Asparagus is my favorite veggie. I love all veggies though. Ty! Yummm!! I have started buying canned chicken too and felt a little icked out at first but I can’t taste the difference and it helps me hit my protein goals every day!! 😅

I wanted to tell you in a past video you were looking for a perfume or body spray that smells like the EOS Vanilla Cashmere lotion and there is one at Bath and body Works called Vanilla Bean Noel and it is identical. The thing is you have to purchase it during the Christmas holidays because it seasonal. I buy several during the holidays to last me all through the year.🤣

I love your diet. It’s similar to mind the difference is I take it to the next level like getting organic chicken, grass fed beef, rotisserie is a bad quality of chicken and if you grill everything on charcoal it’s bad for your health. Frozen seafood from china is bad and tuna contains lots of mercury. I recommend flavcity his name is Bobby Parish..you said something awesome about the uncured ham that is spot on. Apples are one of my favorite foods, but has to be a quality apple .. and mushy, uncrisp apples are borderline offensive to me 😆

Instead of rinsing grease off chicken in the sink so it goes down the drain (which is terrible for your pipes !) you can just pat it off with paper towels and throw those away.
My in laws would devour popcorn with mustard! I'm more of a popcorn and hot sauce and ketchup girl. But I totally get eating popcorn with a "dip" as a snack. So yummy!
