My fav watchface on this watch is the second display since its idea is saving charge and even not disturbing with more information than you need, although i loved any of those

Sorry about that. I don't have any definitive solutions. I would suggest contacting Mobvoi customer support directly. Maybe defective device?

What about the watch face that shows the 5 day forecast? Which one is that?
My app doesn't have the watch faces
Only 2 watch faces are from the mobvoi app. The other watch faces are from the Google play store and the faces app. The names of the watch faces and which app they are in are listed in the description. Hope that helps!
I can't get the sleep tracking to wrk any help.
There are a couple of simple things you can check. In the TicOxygen app you have to agree to and enable all permissions and enable 24 hr monitoring. I believe that you dont have to have 24 monitoring enabled in the TicPulse app but you can try turning that on. The TicSleep app should be set for auto detect sleep but it can be disabled by turning on non tracking time- make sure that is off. Then of course make sure that you have latest software on phone and app. If all else fails reset phone and watch- that actually does help sometimes. Hope something here is helpful.
It keeps telling me i need to cloud sync before i download im using the galaxy watch 4
I'm sorry I have not seen that error before. Where are you downloading the watch face from?
How many faces you can store in the watch?
I have not thought about that. I just added a bunch I did not even want just to see. I have a dozen on the watch with no issues. Not sure there is a limit. Also the Facer app takes up only 1 watch face space, the Facer watch faces are all stored on your phone. Let me know if you reach a limit.
is the secondary screen watch face customisable?
No, but you can enable/ disable it and schedule it. A little customization would have been nice...
