Dearest Cat, What a sweet practice. my knee felst very good, i almost did a full Padmasana in both sides , i mean i did, but left knee still is not reaching the floor, for almost a year now but today was the closest so thaTnk you so much. lost myself in Shavasana . Good Morning Neema 💕 For lifting up to Halasana put a large block or another bolster under the tailbone. You will get up without any problems!! 🌟

Dear Cat, I've been following your yoga lessons for a little over a year now and truly love them. You're a wonderful teacher and inspiring. Thank you. The exercises on the chair in this session helped me feel a lovely stretch in my abdomen and organs, as well as my upper chest,. The latter area (abdomen) is the area I'd be very interested in working more closely on as I deal with IBS symptoms. I'm trying to follow your intermediate-advanced lessons more consistently. If any suggestions come to mind, I'd be grateful.

What a wonderful practice dear lovely Cat.i feel so much at ease and calmness within me after this practice.full padmasana is still not possible.feel a lot of pain around My right femur which is just not getting better.difficult to sit in sukhasana for even few minutes.otherwise i can do most asanas .have travelled a long way with you.still miles to go but i am enjoying this journey tremendously.lots of 💕

I love this sequence of Surya Namaskar to wake up the body and to prepare it for the rest of Asanas.
Then working with the chair was also interesting but I have to admit that I had a lot of difficulties for chair Halasana...I had never enter in the pose with the block down the lower back, but I tried this way several times and finally had to gave up 😅 and use the setting we usually do in class and It...(All the attempts are filmed but as it's a time lapse it's hidden well) 🙂🙃😂!.

Hi Cat, great practice thank you, but less chair work than I had anticipated. I have had a knee injury ( getting better after lots of helpful exercises from my physio') and still working out how to adapt poses due to my arthritic thumbs. Lovely to see the photos of you and your daughter on Maui recently. Hope youa re both well.
Aloha Avril. I'm sorry to read that you're dealing with these issues.
The body inevitably gets tricky but it's admirable and fantastic that you're adapting and practicing through and with it. Here in Maui I'm with my father and his post accident physical situation is dire. I know that had he practiced a little more Yoga his ability to connect and direct intention to his physicality would be much sharper which would be so helpful. Thinking of you and wishing you speedy healing! ❤️🩹
ps - I'm also a bio resonance Vega practitioner. Working with frequencies to rebalance. It often gets excellent results with arthritis...

I am from India and I am in love the way you are doing the yoga😀. I am practicing your intermediate series and read that if somebody want to do practice more than 5 days in a week they should message you.My question is can I practice more than 5 days in a week?
Hello Nitin! How wonderful to meet you here. Thank you for checking in. Yes! You may absolutely practice 7 days a week if desired, but if so it is recommended that 1 of those days be a restorative practice. In other words, gentle poses that relax the nervous system and give the body a chance to recover. Keep me posted! 🌸

@@YogawithCatI feel exactly the same Cat. You hold my hand, I feel that. Hospital is the last lesson how to cope with heart-attack and after that. I try now Ardha Padmasana. It's a real hip-opener, it feels good. How you do Padmasana I can't do that but the journey goes on. I enjoy every video of you Cate and there is so incredible much to learn in yoga, I practice every day and it will be more interesting every day. "Be the breath" you once said to me, out of the head bij breath and alignment and I love the stretching of course. But Cate, the breath is very essential, it's the beginning of our life.
