That's exactly what someone who has never owned a house or a business in the hood would say! The number one overriding reason people leave the hood is crime! It's so easy to say invest in the hood, when it's NOT YOUR MONEY! When this guy can show some receipts OF HIS OWN MONEY that he invested in the hood, then he can talk! Amazing how some black folk can tell others where to spend and invest their money 💰!

👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I couldn’t have said it better myself. A black men has to almost either go broke or die in order to be appreciated. Yea definitely got away from the hood and not going back. Infact, my family and parents has made it our purpose to create generational wealth that not only our kids can enjoy but grand children etc. The best help you can give someone is advice. My little cousin watched me work hard to make it out and I taught him to learn from my mistakes. it motivated him to do the same. At the time he didn’t wanna go to college but decided to do the navy. 5 years later we both living our best life with big houses families and still trying to advance. While most or all our friends are still either in the street or working at Walmart. And I’m not knocking dude working jobs to get by, but something I learned during my time in the service is that comfort hinders growth. I also learned you gotta be your biggest motivator because the world don’t care about your feelings.

He wasn't a bad boy thug with an edge like she was into. Well, in the text she said she was standing outside his apartment with Pookey and Ray Ray's kids. She said she had no place to stay and wanted to know if she and her bastard kids could stay with him until she sorted things out. He said sorry, but no. That's not his responsibility. Call those kids FATHERS. Umar wants you to let that broad and HER kids in your crib and blames you for her being on the street.

I knew a guy back in high school with glasses that had a goth/punk rock look with baggy jeans and chain mail and spike bracelets. He was smart, funny, great with computer programming, coding and he could build a computer from scratch. He loved anime, comic books, heavy metal and alternative music. He was like a walking encyclopedia. You could ask him anything and he always had the right answer.
Of course black women had no interest in him. They laughed at him just for saying hello.
Fast forward over 10 years later, he met his Japanese wife in college where they hit it off. He now has several streams of income and makes over $380K a year. He’s head of the IT department and has multiple rental properties as real estate investments. He posted a picture on social media after buying their home in cash, telling his wife that she didn’t have to work and the same black women that didn’t want him were in his comments, mad as hell! 😂
Every year him and his Japanese wife go to Comic Con where they dress up as his favorite fictional characters from movies like Star Wars, different Anime characters, tv shows. She wasn’t even into movies and anime like that but she doesn’t mind because she’s being provided for. She chose a hard working,”boring” stable man and is now being provided for while the thug loving, struggle love BW that wouldn’t give him the time of day are now crying after he made it and is providing for the woman that chose better.

Fortunately I never had an issue finding childless women (black women) when I was single. However, even if I hadn't I would have simply remained single. Responsible black men aren't responsible for being the cleanup man for BW's poor life/mating choices. No other group of men are expected to do this, including black men in other cultures. I remember looking around in the late 90’s and understood by my own life experiences that Black communities were on life support and not “breathing” on their own. Only surviving through government assistance.
I remember looking around in the 2010’s at the utter destruction of the once proud Black communities.
Many of us, live and observe what’s happened/happening around us in the real world, and have long since understood Black communities as they once existed NO LONGER exist.

I don’t think most people have an issue with sympathizing with young children who don’t have fathers in their lives. The problem is that, you have to take on so much responsibility to raise any child. Much less someone loses. It’s not even really worth it. I know plenty of people who had a stepdad and they honor them, but you have to be very patient with someone else’s child, someone who does not have to listen to you, someone who if you’re a living with your mother in the same household? Can cause a whole litany of problems in your life that you have to be responsible and liable for. So really it doesn’t make it worthwhile.
You can raise them and because they’re not your child, they can just move past what you did for them and ignore you. It’s not really worth it.

Only two ways I see the rich educated black man returning to the black community:
1: The rich educated black man makes it his purpose to use what he has to benefit the black community.
2: The black community makes it worth his while to return.

What is always left out of the conversation is how the successful communities in America operate, specifically, the Asian and Jewish communities. In those communities women are not supported or protected if they go after the worst choices of men, don't listen to their elders, and behave in ways that bring shame in their communities (such as having multiple children by multiple men without marriage, being overly sexual in public, etc.). The black American community no longer has any shame, which keeps people in check that want to have the protection and support of the group. Want to twerk in black-owned restaurants? Sure. Want to walk to black-owned family restaurants naked? Why not. Want to choose the attractive black felon over the average looking black factory worker? What could go wrong?

Why do we need to do anything for the black woman? I thought they didn't need us, I thought we were all dusties. Funny how the black woman is strong and independent when times are good but the moment times get rough NOW all of a sudden black men are mentioned. Seems to me the only time the black man is considered is when "the queens" need something. The black woman is strong remember? She got this, keep it up queens🥴

I’m not sacrificing my life to be a role model to kids that aren’t raised to be respectful or value education. I have two daughters of my own to worry about and I’m not gonna spread myself thin trying to save the world. If they wanted better role models for their children black women should’ve picked better end of story.
Black women picked those bad role models not black professional men.

If you execute properly, others will be inspired to follow suit. The blame game is nothing more than cope

Its not white men that are taking our money. Its that black people are concentrated in cities where the wealth disparity is impossible to close in on. Leave cities, not just the hood. Learn to build, harness, electricity on your own, learn to farm. And you will feel the true freedom this beautiful country has to offer.

@@pow...rightinthekisser smh, tax breaks are just reductions but you're still PAYING taxes and you're still UNDER the government's authority which means you still have to pull over when they stop you and regardless of how OFF THE GRID you try to live there's still restrictions that you have to abide by. The current system in place has to be taken down in its entirety before any real change can take place and opening businesses, throwing money around, living off the grid,or outside the government isn't gonna solve these problems. Nice try though
