Austin regularly refused all well-intentioned advice in his comments section, and he always looked eager to argue/fight someone. This was easily avoidable, but he saw the $$$ and went full speed ahead into portraying himself as some sort of Passport Bro guru.
The first thing you do when visiting another country is to learn the culture and customs. That is literally step 1. He didn't want to do that, and now every American in these countries is less safe than they were before

Now that's what you call a culture shock. What you say wont always be perceived or understood the same way in another country. You Gotta be humble+show RESPECT when you travel and move around in someone else's home (Country). He's lucky something bad didnt happen to him. The way he presented his content wasnt geared towards marriage. It was geared towards casual sex. It's also very hypocritical. Alot of men criticize American+Western women for being "304s", but you bring your "Bad habits" with you to another country. Sometimes you create your own demons. Let's be real, The fact of the matter is NO MAN (No matter what country) would appreciate a guy with AH's attitude. I see some of his responses when folks tried to offer him critique and advice. He wasnt having it. When you live and travel abroad, you have to be careful to not bring those "ugly American" habits with you. You also have to be a tad more cautious if you're black. Never let your ego get too big. Life+The Powers That Be have a way of checking+humbling you.

I'm a black man who is married to a foreign born black woman (Caribbean). I've also been with African and Afro-Latina women as well. I've long been advocating for black men who are family oriented, educated, cultured, and ambitious (often the lames in our own culture) to explore dating foreign women who tend to appreciate these qualities more than our own women. In fact I've been doing so for decades, long before passportbros existed. I've been a excited by the passportbros movement because BM are finally aware they can get treated and appreciated better by other women (including other black women) abroad.
However, a major flaw in the passport bros movement is not only it's loud but in oversexualizing foreign women. Foreign women are often beautiful and saying that isn't a problem in itself. What is a problem is how it's said: Advertising their booties are bigger, their waists are slimmer, their ish is tighter......it's too crude and immature. We do so without understanding how that ultimately makes us look, not only to the women in the states who are looking for any reason to attack us, but to the people from the cultures BM are going to. It makes us look like we aren't really looking to find wives, but to bust some exotic nuts, which falls into the stereotype of black men in America. Let this situation with Auston be a lesson to re-evaluate and learn from.

As a first generation Haitian-American woman, I was actually quite offended with these so-called cultural stereotypes. I felt that it was crass, disrespectful, presumptuous and reflected on the 'arrogance' of some Americans.
      What it displayed?
"I'm American. I have a Passport. You live in a third world country. You have no education or money. My American paycheck can buy you at a cheaper price."
Third World Economics does not equate to a lack of education or core values.
      I detested the movement.
All I heard was "We're entitled. We're deserving of. We're American. Nothing is required."
As if these women do not have a type, have standards, or are even from top -tier upper class families.
Not all of the women in those countries are created equal.
Just because a woman is beautiful, and presenting you with exaggerated flattery, it doesn't mean that she's genuinely interested or from a top-tier family. Class is EVERYTHING in third world countries. It matters!
I don't have a problem with men seeking women overseas, but please let it be for the right, genuine reasons.

The bigger the numbers that continue to go over there, the greater the chances that someone is going to do some dumb sh--. And as a result, going to make things very interesting for folks like me who has always done his own thing and never been about traveling overseas for some vagina. But do your thing I guess. And please realize that there are those people who go over there for other reasons. Men want s33x from dam near every woman they approach 😂😂😂 that's not changing. But you are correct he should've camouflaged his questions more and had more diverse questions integrated so he could say, I was asking questions about everything in life not just s33xual interactions.
It's the same way u approach In the USA , when I'm conversing with a woman and I want to talk about s33x, I don't just drop a s33x question I use her own words to transition to that category and blame her or I throw myself a alley oop😂😂😂😂😂😂.
For example, I'll ask her a series of questions, do u go to bars?? U ever go to clubs?? Favorite vacation spots, ever been to a women's strip clubs ??
Typically a woman will return those same exact questions and when I get to strip club I'll just say I don't really like going to strip clubs bc it just makes me h0rny. Boom plausible deniability, and most of the time the chick will so "so what u?? That's what ur girl is for, or she might say it turns her on too, or it can spin many different ways the point is u have to know how to direct the conversation without looking like you have a specific topic you are targeting . 😉

Ignorance is no excuse and I'm sick of people using the excuse of not knowing to excuse their behavior. Many videos in Auston Hollerman's have had women there depicted in a sexualized way in these countries and there are several other UA-camr's channels that also have similar content. A person can say all they want such as "they love [fill in the blank in terms of women]"; however, when your content (i.e., your actions) don't match up it leaves you open to these ideals being challenged. UA-camrs who do this don't consider the fact that these actions are putting other Black Americans, especially other Black American men traveling to or expats in these countries, in danger due to guilt by association. Only time will tell if Auston is truly sincere in his apology. People will say ANYTHING to get themselves out of trouble. Only their consistent changed behavior is a measurement of their repentence.
