Once you get to en elite level or aspire to get to it, every little or not so little change, tweak, modification is worth exploring. It may just give you an edge over competition. ;-) But even if you are just a recreational athlete the joy of increased performance and better results is worth experimenting with a little different aproach to your preparation...
