Ben fabricates new rear rocker panels for the Jeep in preparation for Matt’s Off Road Games. We hope to meet some of you there.
Ben keeps us all warm with a little more wood.
The family survives more sheetrock. Will it ever end😂😂😂
Lets get this channel 100K Great Family and real content!!
I absolutely love the sign! Love the video! " FAMILY " !!!!!😊
looks good😊
Get yourself a Welding tent/windbreak Ben....!
I subbed previously but I'ma start watching liking and commenting, you definitely need a shop!!!
Ben this is what is great you are doing what most have to do backyard garage or better known as shade tree mechanic. Thanks a lot and enjoy the kids taking part in you and your wife’s working.
looks good man
The solution for the wind is to get some flux core wire and turn off the gas.
What do you mean they're not getting paid ?
They get to live in your house for free one more day don't they ?
😜😉
Hey Ben nice work on the jeep 💯👌 and why don't you move that pickup from the side of the container and do a lean too so you can do your welding to your hearts content ❤ with no wind 😂 and Oaka we do love the work that's being doing on the house
Bring your family to the games!
Come on Dad put Oakers square body on it. Ben nice job on the Jeep and lots of fun in the mud.

Your the Man Ben!!!! All love and respect to you and your family!!
i always thought ben and marie where pretty wholesome folks, and it's obvious that it's a trait passed down to the kids
Looking Good Ben! I am glad you continued with your own channel, I loved watching you and Paul on #TheFabRats and was sad to see you go. But, now I have an extra channel to watch. its a WIN! I love your view...it's breathtaking. Looking forward to more!

AWESOME FAMILY ALL WORKING TOGETHER. GOD BLESS. MUCH LOVE. 😇
Good job Ben considering you ain't got no shop to work in.
The shop would be nice besides it'll make make you more money working inside.
Good job on your Jeep Ben.
👍🏽🤙🏽🤘🏾🤭🤚🏽😊😎🙋🏽♂️🙏🏽✌🏽
the mountain range is breath taking.. the higher the elevation, the less 02
Back when I was that young fellows age and would ask my dad if I was getting paid for working he would say your going to get fed and have a place to sleep
Ow great job on the sign. Ben, get another Conex and put a roof between them and enclose one end, wahlah shop.
that bender u'll wanna go 2 to 3 degrees more cuz it springs back that much depends on size & wall thickness of the tubing/pipe.. also if the wall tickness is too thin u can tape off one in and fill with sand while tapping the outside of tubing so sand settles then fill up to top with water & tape the other end and make your bends with no worries of crushing or creasing the tubing in the bends because the damp sand prevents it from getting crushed.. NOT SAYING you Should do this but just SAYING that you could goto the local neighborhood park and use the playground sand ther to fill ur tubing and the playground equipment especially the slides make it super easy to fill up ur long peices of tubing and then when ur done u just dump it back in the sand box if anyone asks u can say u were cleaning the sand for the kiddo's.. lol
YOU ARE DEDICATED I COULD NOT WORK OUTSIDE IN THE SNOW
👍
Ben, I can appreciate your efforts under those rustic conditions. Great job, looks good. Keep up the good work.
House is looking great!
Looking good on the Jeep Ben!
You are the best welder you have until a better one comes along.
Good job Ben !
Good video.
🤘
Why didn't you bring back your old wrecked jeep lots of fun to be had there.
Thanks for sharing 😀👍
The house is coming along nicely. Cant believe how good of work yous are doing remodeling the house. Wow its going to look good
Watch some videos on how to make those pipe benders better. They add some peices to them and they don't kink so much
Keep up your great work Ben. You're doing great 👍👍👍👍. Love love love the sign 💯%🔥🔥🔥🔥. From Orlando Florida.
Jeep looking better I love the videos from Hendersonville North Carolina
Hello Ben and family. Are you going to glamis for your cousin merlins birthday ?
Ben, my shop looks just like yours and I use flux core wire in my welder and it works well, hope this helps 👍
Looks great from here Ben.👍🏻
You’re going a great job, Ben. But, it breaks my heart to see you struggling without a shop.
68k subscribers and growing. Not getting any help from other channels but still making progress and building a loyal fanbase. Keep doing what your doing Ben. Thats what makes you special
@@tomparker9966 imagine, if each of his subscribers were to donate just $5 to a “Build Ben’s Shop” fund. What a shop we could build for him.
Drywall is not boring to watch... who said that "It's boring?"
its too cold outside Ben try preheating the metal like we do structual welding,,,,
Great job guys. Where did you get your log splitter? Thank you 😊
Take one of the beater off road vehicles and the jeep to the off road games
Convert the crew cab to 4x4 with that frame you purchased.
Please invite Jack Black to come help you work on your jeep!
Detnicale tifficultieswe say in aviation lol
Doyou disconnect the battery when you weld on the body?
Best place to use that kerosene salamander outside
Hey 👋 we are road tripping from Houston to meet the whole family at the Games!!
I was hoping you were gonna use the 1-ton frame & axles to put under the crew cab Chevy you’ve had on the channel before. A 4x4 crew cab Chevy square body would be an AWESOME build and it looks like you’ve got about all the parts for it
I bought one of those pipe benders for work, it was cheap and really bad. Ended up at the recycling yard.
Ben, you are a good mechanic. I think you're better than your brother. The only thing is your brother has a shop and you don't get a shop.
We’ll look at this way Ben ur making sure you weld are good by grinding them down
I have a question to all the welders watching.... Would flux core help Ben out in his outdoor shop?
I have purchased high end welders for my workers before, and recall the person training them mentioning using flux outdoors when it's breezy...
I am not a welder, but just wanting to know if this would help him grind less.... He's got a lot going on right now.
Thanks.
hey ben can you activate the "videos" section on your main page or put the videos into a playlist? its quite impossible to binge your videos otherwise...
Looking for battery Jump charger or car starting unit testing video, can't find. Could someone direct me to the correct video please? Turbo I believed was recommended as better of the two by Ben.
Tech tip ben. you have about 4-5 trucks with receivers get you some 2.5 square tube and make a reciever mount for the tools kind of like mobile technicians would use
I didn’t realize Ben had a channel. Been missing him on fab rats.
Buy an $8 Flux core spool of wire and you won't have to worry about gas.
I like the mods to the jeep. It’s a bummer doing a weld job that isn’t up to your own standards. It’ll hold though. Grab yourself a roll of flux core weld wire for welding outdoors. It’s not as pretty but it’s strong.
I always slap your subscribe button 3-4 times every time I watch. Those truck storage boxes are nice. My friend took two and spaced them apart then put a steel dome roof over the top. This gave him mega room and lots of storage. Good video and lots of luck with the place.
Jeeps coming along Ben, an excellent job on your emblem!!!😊
Ben there is nothing wrong with your welding or fabricating looks great!
I've been watching a lot of you all since you were all on the original teams. Sad to see everyone part ways and start their own channels. Ben, Trevor, Rudy, even Tom Tom has his own. Y'all were better together! Great videos tho, I get it, I do, it's all about the money
That sign looked great! It is good to see some progress on the house also.
I think your doing a fantastic job 😁👌
Wouldn't complain one bit to work outside with that view.ive got trees all around my garage.cant even see mt katahdin unless I go up the road half mile.
There Payment is Heat .. Later..😎
What keeps you from setting your upper container parallel with the lower one with about 12’ between them and then just truss across and add metal roof… well…aside from cash and time…but it’s so much nicer to have your shop or semi work area somewhat set up and you could even have one of your containers 2 or 3 feet higher than the other and use the under section for all your metal and scrap parts to keep them tucked out of the way…and even start hanging tools on the sides outsides of the containers that face each other… close off one end to start and you can begin to be able to have work tables and tools…that can start to stay put rather than in and out of the container…and only working on the ground and have to rush to cover things or put them up when severe weather rolls in fast… it’s really so nice to be able to walk up to tools…or a workbench and jyst start doing…instead of having set up and tear down of some sort… because it’s not much different than being a mobile shop… except non mobile….and you spend so much time jyst finding things… making a work area… dragging things in and out… and that’s great…if your driving out to a job…but for the home work digs… imho….thats one of the first steps…and everything else…doing wise and work wise…even time wise… goes so much faster and easier… and once you get that on the start…it’s addictive in setting up more and more… making a spot for each machine you use a lot… stuff…starts being at waist level more and more…but that’s just me… a custom woodworker and cabinetmaker,..make most everything from rough lumber and finish ply wood …do all my own moldings and cabinet doors and even make interior and exterior house doors…do all my own finish work and have been dabbing in mechanics all my life…and just starting to get serious with a 68 bird like your brothers… and an 86 convertible mustang Gt one owner that I got free that been sitting 20 yrs new top…tank…radiator… fun lil car… but I’m drooling to get the 68 goin… again… at 57 yrs old…had a 68 monster…back at 18-22… lucky I didn’t die in that thing…160 mph no sweat… 4 people…not a seat belt in the car…young and dumb.. and very lucky… man that thing would go…they called it…gurmongas… I white knuckled several semi pro drivers in that thing…so strong it was scary… esp if you were riding400 with ram air heads and 30 over n50s and Muncie 4 speed with really short throw between gears…she would stand up and dance…but on your shop…to each their own… I know you’re doing what works for you rite now…but you get my meaning…because on the other side of that…I have 20’ box trailer that I used to unload and load daily with trim tools… which is how I started out and graduated to doing mostly custom cabinets…bars…wine racks… anything super custom…and very nice… love my shop way more than the daily load and unload…along with driving there n back… it’s so nice to open the door…hit the light switch…flip the switch on my table saw…molder…shaper… sander… always set up ready to use… great work and you gotta love all the family involvement… nothing can take the place of that alone… and none of y’all will ever regret that time spent together…doing…whatever…you feel the need and want… and then turned into memories and forever lasting stories to tell and talk about… you know…the good ole days… happening back then…rite now…and for years to come…where even bad days…are still the good ole days…together
Hey Ben , Harbour has a descent portable garage 12× 17 ! I have one , as long as you anchor it firm its good to go ... only problem its freaking orange ! 🤯, but I threw their camo tarp over it and its a whole lot better on the eyes ! Just a heads up !!
May not be your best welds, but they look like they'll hold. Hopefully you can get into an enclosed shop and keep the wind away from your welds so your argon can work it's magic. Have fun at the games. Sad Paul and his crew won't be there, but it'll be fun to watch them do the buggy thing over in Havasu.👍😎🇺🇸Be safe Mr Ben. Salutations to your family. You guys are kickin butt on that drywall!🎉🙏😌👍😎🇺🇸
ever use the screw on a rear wheel drive ?? we used to throw one on from trunk to split wood on an 1974 ltd w/390cid lol (rigg e brake to one side) lol
Ben, when I saw the picture of the hatless bearded guy standing next to your Jeep, I was confused, Then it downed on me it was YOU. In all the years I lived in Payson I never saw you without a hat.
Hey Ben you are paying the kids to help with the fire wood dinner, warm house and bed, clothes, medical care that’s what my dad told me and my brother. Back in the 60’s he gave me and my brother two pennies a week for allowance until the 5th grade and then the gravy train was over, no more free money for two pieces of bubble gum for each of us we chewed that gum until it was almost powder.
A possible solution to the wind - turn the vehicle 90% so you are on the lee side.
i have never had the pleasure welding inside. i use flux core wire. not as pretty but it works.had same as yiu shop wise for years. some of us just lucky😅 . oh , at last your shop area is steel and wont catch on fire.
I'm Subscribed, Double, Triple Checked & this is My SECOND Comment. I Win the Jeep! Yee Yee
Great to see your off to wrecker games, hope you have blast like you did last year.
That's what you think. I would like to see all of the work done on the house ,and all that Ben does out in the yard . Thanks for the video watching from Reno NV
Did everything wrong😂
Great job man, i admire your work.

Ben I built me a shop an I’m still outside lol
Hey Ben , I’ll tell you what you’re doing wrong. You’re doing a rich man’s hobby on a poor man’s budget.
Still, I enjoy the quality work, Keep on keeping on
