      It’s better to do strictly for the first 30 days and then you can deviate. But maintaining 70% same after that helps us to maintain the weight easily. It’s better to avoid corn starch

    Its simple you are doing 'keto diet' .
    Keto diet is anything without carbohydrates.
    Zero carb diet leads to ketosis
    Break down of fat to form glucose in the absence of carbohydrates
    Do the same diet with chapathi or rice in addition
    You will never loose a gram unless you are in calorie deficit.
    In keto diet calories doesn't matter .
    You will loose weight even if you are calories excess.

    Hey hi..,I have been following your channel sine quite some time and saw all of your diet videos and got motivated. firstly, I really appreciate your dedication by putting out all the useful information. After seeing all the results, I started doing your diet from last 3 days and lost 2 kg. I must mention that my appetite has been controlled but i feel kinda dizziness and lack of interest in work.other than that i have no complaints. but when i searched online(especially in non-veg diet) most of the studies had shown that high protein diet is not good for gut health and gives digestive issues in long run. every professional had suggested that there should be low-carb and minimum fiber along with protein even in keto and carnivore diet. As your diet does not contain any carbs or fiber, how can we be assured with healthy weight loss? I am just confused. I don't mean to offend but I really appreciate, if you clear my doubt and help us through it.

      @@TeluguSuperhumans firstly what the fuck is with your diet, if your diet is great and superb , then you dont have a proper muscle mass, you have double chin, calories is what matters, when we follow your diet, we get a lot of dizziness and normal ppl cant afford mutton everyday, most of your videos are bull shit, stop spreading bull shit, eating carbs and fruits dont make us gain weight, such a uneducataed you are
