I must confess. I broke about 90% of your “do not do” policy. In process of divorce, Had a LDR during COVID with a 8.5, rented a apartment for her, Feb 2022 arrived in PI and moved in, Dec 2022 had a kid, 2023 moved to Leyte building a house. And think every since we met we have been having disrespectful arguments. I feel extremely embarrassed and depressed over my choices. Once I finish my kids house I will be starting over again 😢

Approach dating in the Philippines like you would shopping for shoes at an expensive full service shoe store.
Look at the wide selection, try on and test out several pairs. Look some more!Maybe you shop for several pairs…one for everyday and one for special occasions!
Don’t spend all your money on the first shopping trip. You might decide you want to come back later and pick up a couple more pairs.
You see a pair you like, just sit in the chair and ask the clerk to bring you that shoe in your size.
Before you know it, you are sitting there surrounded by six pairs of shoes you just “test drove”.
Then when you narrow it down to your favorite two pairs, you put on the left shoe from pair #1 and the right shoe from pair #2.
Hop up and walk around the store, see how each one feels different, see which one feels the best.
Wiggle your toes.
Check out the box…is it in good condition, not worn?Look at both in the mirror and imagine how you’d feel if those shoes were yours.
Would you be happy with them long term?
Then make your choice…or get them both!
You walk out of the store wearing your new shoes feeling like a million bucks, then all the sudden you walk past a great shoe store you had not previously seen. There a great pair of shoes in the window! Oh Sh!t…
Not to worry, if the shoes you have don’t work out, you can drop back into the new shop and grab that pair that caught your eye…after test driving 6 or 8 other pairs first of course!

Are snakes a problem in the provinces? I see in Bangladesh they kill 7,000 people a year. I could just imagine them wriggling through all those gaps in those shanty houses.

My experience is they don’t start out that way. It’s because most foreigners go over there to meet 3 or 4 in their 3 week vacation. And each of the women thought she was the only one he was meeting. Men lie first in most cases. Most filipinas start out sweet
