My late night snack is an egg whipped and microwaved and with it an half of slice of low colorie bread plain and not toasted either both of these with a cup of sleepy time tea and I sleep just like a babby .All three of these satisfy me til morning. In the morning I wake up hungray so I fry 2 slices of baccon crispy and put them on a paper towel mean while I'll fry an egg in the baccon grease and one whole piece of bread plain with hot coffee and what ever fruit I have. Other mornings I eat raisin bran cereal with whole milk and add more raisins to my cereal..thank you for the great video God Bless All 🙏💜
Was taught in Uni twice (two degrees) and while working on a diploma, that popcorn is a great at night. Esp great for children b/c it contains tryptophan. I haved served it during movie nights. It seems to work.

I normally bring potato chips or cookies or graham crackers with cream cheese and water. But after seeing this video make rethink maybe I not eating the right snack. So now I thinking it a good to cut up some veggies or pop some popcorn at home and in a bag and it later and of course I also have to have my water.

I dont normally latenight snack, but it usually happens when I think I'll b fine if I skip dinner & later get hungary bc of it or if I stay up past 10pm Then I'm kinda in trouble In those situations its hard...

I put a banana in the freezer In the morning so when I'm feeling hungry at night I can eat the frozen banana and it tastes just like ice cream 😋👌

I like to add just fresh grated Parmesan cheese to my air-popped popcorn. No butter or salt.
Tip for night eating is taking big breath , visualizing results after eating then sleep.

Make a salad out of cheese , tomato and cucumber it is very good and doesn't have a lot of calories
