    Something that worked for me and helped me drop alot of weight FAST, was to drink a cup of soup broth if I craved salty, and a cup of hot chocolate to replace processed sweet cravings. One cup of either made me feel very full and satisfied.

    I put a banana in the freezer In the morning so when I'm feeling hungry at night I can eat the frozen banana and it tastes just like ice cream 😋👌

      Blending just frozen banana makes actual ice cream! It's literally only frozen banana and it generally makes ice cream!

    You can eat anything you want at night. Macros are still macros and calories are still calories, even at nighttime. It depends on what you ate overall. If it fits in your macro and calorie budget, you can eat it. I did it and have lost 25 pounds.

    When I was 13 years old, I remember having a "midnight feast" which meant that all of us in the room brought in soft drinks, chocolate, sweets and pizza! And other little nibbles to eat.

    Bananas are not recommended by anyone as a night snack. It's high on sugar and it disrupts your sleep.

      Yeah, and in India there are some specific fruits and vegetables which elders don't advice to have at night and🍌 is one of them

    ive just started a popcorn diet... i was 100kg n wasted months on starving myself.... got down to 95kg and it just stopped no matter how little i ate (exercise doesnt help coz im in a wheelchair) .... ive just started a popcorn diet... its filling and not many caloriesnxxx

    To 500 ml of water add 1/2 tpsp of turmeric, 1/2 inch cinnamon, 2 green cardamom, 2 cloves! Boil the water and store in in a thermos. ( have it Luke warm)

    Doesn't matter what time of the day you eat in terms of weight. However, you should avoid eating late in order to sleep better. The myth that eating at night causes weight gain is mostly due to the fact that these "meals" tend to be snacking that goes above and beyond what people actually need.

      I swear eating late keeps me from losing weight. It would be great if that were not the case and I usually go to sleep faster when full. Is it just me?

      I guess scrambled eggs are the best👍 because fried 'll be fried and oily so no point 😅and boil egg is not actually supposed to eat at night it is a myth😒 but you can😜 . And poached too . ☺️

    They are Definitely right about the Bananas... In the Morning I made Banana Pancakes, they had me sleeping all day, very powerful. I said well I found me a late night snack when I can't sleep... Banana Pancakes 🥞🍌

    My late night snack is an egg whipped and microwaved and with it an half of slice of low colorie bread plain and not toasted either both of these with a cup of sleepy time tea and I sleep just like a babby .All three of these satisfy me til morning. In the morning I wake up hungray so I fry 2 slices of baccon crispy and put them on a paper towel mean while I'll fry an egg in the baccon grease and one whole piece of bread plain with hot coffee and what ever fruit I have. Other mornings I eat raisin bran cereal with whole milk and add more raisins to my cereal..thank you for the great video God Bless All 🙏💜

    Was taught in Uni twice (two degrees) and while working on a diploma, that popcorn is a great at night. Esp great for children b/c it contains tryptophan. I haved served it during movie nights. It seems to work.

    I only eat after 8:00 pm on special occasions and I will not eat again until 1 pm the next day. The only thing I consume in between is water.

    Thanks Bright Side this was helpful. I work the third shif and around 3am or 4am I be looking in my bag to find snack on. I normally bring potato chips or cookies or graham crackers with cream cheese and water. But after seeing this video make rethink maybe I not eating the right snack. So now I thinking it a good to cut up some veggies or pop some popcorn at home and in a bag and it later and of course I also have to have my water.

    This website contradicts itself quite often. For example, in this video you claim eggs is good for a midnight snack. In a previous video you listed eggs as one of the top 10 foods to avoid. I have found many other cases just like this.

    The only reason I don’t eat late night usually is because I don’t feel like brushing my teeth again before bed. 😂🤷🏽‍♀️ so I just fight the hunger until I fall asleep.

    Some of these i definitely would never of thought going into the kitchen and eating, never eaten an egg late at night ever! Humus i don't like and veggies well always had them during the day. Mainly popcorn crackers with cheese and yoghurt is what I'd go for... what about cereal like wheetabix or porridge

      Why ? Stop eating when you’re not hungry anymore also get a smaller spoon so your forced to take smaller bites and eat slower even portioning helps 😳😬
