Those meals look amazing!! As soon as I have a more viable kitchen space (currently cohabitating with 6 others that don't keep it very clean plus cockroaches.) I want to start making more of your recipes! Hope all goes well for your client, it probably will though since there's no cholesterol in anything you're sending them 😂🎉
wait a dang minute…so i’ve recently been diagnosed with uterine cancer, this has me thinking the next cookbook you do, could be for people with health issues, like this person with dm2, high cholesterol or a very low sugar meal plan for someone like me. i’ve been scouring the internets looking for ideas for myself a meal plan and would be thrilled to have your expertise!❤
Lauren, This Fantastic ❤ I, wish you could make My Meals! Yet, I have your Cookbooks & Videos. So, I just have to get My Butt, in the Kitchen lol I hope your Clients, Health improvs & they can get off the Medication! Hugs 'n' Kisses to Baby & Stevie 😘❤ Blessings & Love to you ALL, Piper & Singer a.k.a My Kitty.
That’s awesome. In a tough spot when trying to help people with medical conditions though. Knowing that uncooked fruits and vegetables some nuts and seeds are best for our health and the best chance at getting off meds and avoiding heath issues but dealing with people who want cooked foods. What you’re making is still better than what they’d be eating otherwise (assuming) and the best thing about it is no animals are killed and the planet is in better shape. If we can all just remember that eating fresh fruits is best and try to get more of those into our daily diet followed by veggies and then some raw unroasted nuts and seeds.
-Yes I agree cooking for someone with health issues is tough and tricky. I ate all that, cooked my foods, been vegan for 11 yrs. Before was vegetarian for over 20 yrs. Didn’t like eating out too much even when I was just vegetarian. As vegan, I cook my foods and rarely ate out (mostly stayed away from vegan junk foods). But even though vegan, I gained some unwanted pandemic weight, but I lost it, became fit (and stronger than I’ve ever been) and yet still ended up with cancer and surgery. I use to pride myself not taking any meds, while people I knew at my age was already on a few meds. Now I’m on cancer meds for the next 5 yrs and loss of my body parts. I think people should be aware that they are not immune from diseases and illnesses, even eating the best they could. But it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t still do your best. Perhaps my diet kept this thing slow growing and low risk, but i thought I was at my healthiest, yet i had cancer. I do believe it’s pollution either in the water or even in the air (not genetics as I was tested for that). It’s important to get screened, even if WFPB / vegan. -I still would never participate in harming animals, as that has always been my main goals aside for health! Best
Love this! Everything looks amazing! How do you price such a job? Not sure that many fully understand the work that goes into such a meal plan. It's so much work but totally worth it, and yes, so fun to make!
Me cooking regularly, fairly healthy meals... thinking how I wish I could have a you set me up every 5 days for meals. Honestly I'd make better choices for my snacks because I wouldn't be feeling like it's a chore after cooking all meals.
@@Emlane09 also too much is the cause of chronic conditions such as diabetes and obesity. The body prefers carbs because it’s it breaks down into energy easily. Either way it’s not natural for humans to eat that much vegetables grains we only started eating like that recently with the rise of agriculture and civilizations and sedentary lifestyles.
Just No! 0 oil yes! Not freaking carnivore! Not even the fittest body builder would agree with this! They say a good percentage of protein (aka plant protein works as well) but to balance it with carbs and vegetables. Your suggestion is silly!
What a wonderful initiative, how lovely that this person is open to using a holistic approach towards his health. ❤
We'd love a follow up on his health, I hope he gets better 🙏
Yes, yes, yes!!!! Absolutely love everything about this!
thank you!

The client should try salt and oil free too.
If they want to get off all that medication they need to cut out the carbs lol oposite of a vegan diet 😂 they need to go full grass fed beef carnivore
Yo mama
Whole food plant based (no oil) will do the same. Look up PubMed
Carbs are the preferred fuel for cells
