    These are just tools to help you subconsciously eat fewer calories by limiting the number of foods you eat, or limiting the types of foods that you tend to overeat.
    👉 Stick with us on this: If it’s a diet you can’t eat for years, then it’s probably not the diet strategy for you EVEN if it worked for someone else.
    Nerdy Reference Incoming! Just because someone else played Elden Ring for 5 hours and became insanely good at it, doesn’t mean that someone else could play the same game and have similar results.
    Next up, sleep is the best performance enhancer out there.
    👉So set a go-to-sleep alarm to go to bed and go to bed!
    Sleep allows you your mind, muscles, and body to recover. And for the new parents out there? We hear you. And we want to say, we acknowledge you’re playing life on legendary difficulty!
    👉 Lastly, let’s try and practice the mindset that FOOD is NOT MORAL.
    There are foods we should prioritize, and foods we should probably eat less often.
    Focus on the bigger picture. Total Calories, Protein, and Veggies you’re getting in throughout the day!

    I love the part about food not being moral. After a year of Nerd Fitness Coaching, people can see the huge difference but they can't make sense of it because they keep seeing me eat "bad" food from time to time. So then they just write it off as me being lucky to have a higher metabolism than theirs. I show them the actual record of what I have done as evidence that is definitely not just a metabolism thing, but it can't be possible in their minds, so it can't be true.

    Thanks for this! I'm about 2 weeks in - felt great for a while but I've been feeling increasingly crappy in the mornings and today I'm skipping my workout because of it. I'm 68 years old so I'm taking it slow - twice a week, light weights, etc. and I've adjusted my diet to cut down on sugar and increase protein. Working on the veggies! I'm not strictly on the keto diet, but is this kind of sounds like the purported "keto flu". What can I do about this?

    I had just started a diet and exercise plan it was going well and then they changed my schedule at work which now has me anywhere from 44 hours a week on up and very little sleep breaking down 4 to 5 trucks a week on my feet all day every piece on the truck is between 30 and 60 lb trucks are anywhere from three to seven hundred pieces. And then after that I get to walk four miles back. Havoc on my immune system and as a result I've been sick all week. How do I recover and how do I train a outside of work so it won't interfere with my ability to work and recover
