Odd,they say this group went into Syria to fight but never mentioned they went there to fight ISIS
Doesn’t mean that they’re good. We just have a common enemy

Not entirely correct. They fight to save Assad, and Hamas declined and lost Iranian funds for å while
@@arnejensen8242 Yes, they fight to protect Assad because he is a supporter and if he falls, the western countries will install an anti-hezbollah regime to stop iran from sending weapons to hezbollah through syria. And also they got even more involved because we had many suicide and car bombers coming from syria to shia areas. Why would they stay in lebanon and watch how they are killing our people?

@@shanzeyrashid654 during the Arab Spring, US/West and their Gulf allies weaponized protests in Syria by funding/supporting certain armed factions against the govt. Those factions tend to see fighting Assad as jihad and were joined by experienced foreign fighters whose entry to Syria was facilitated by Turkey via its border. Over time, membership of these groups, Al Qaeda's Syria branch, and FSA, often crossed over and many ended up swearing allegiance to ISIS when it formed. All the while, the Assad gov and its allies have been fighting these ppl.

whatever illegal activities western countries and their allies like saudia arabia do is never declared as terriorism while every act whether legal or illegal done by non western contries is always called teriorism....why?
The dominating powers around the world (US and its major allies) have created a political "platform" that simply justifies any act of war or misconduct in the name of "democracy" and "fighting evil." Doing so serves both economic and political interests. By antagonizing countries with different approaches to politics and economy (trade for example), they pose them as a threat to world "peace" and "democracy", and demand their allies buy arms from them to defend themselves from what they consider to be "evil" states. And when they do otherwise, buy arms from 2nd world states for instance, they impose sanctions on them (look at American sanctions on Turkey for buying Russian weapons, or the sanctions on Iran following the 1979 Iranian revolution)

It must be difficult to get so many things wrong in such a short clip but well done, you managed it. First of all, Hezbollah came about because of occupation - if there were no occupation, it's highly unlikely that Hezbollah would have been created. 2006 didn't have many civilian deaths on both sides, it had over a 1000 Lebanese dead and thousands injured. There was a a handful of Israelis killed but comparable numbers of military casualties, quite an achievement considering the occupation is funded by the very deep pockets of the US and supplied with the latest technological weapons - either by fair means or foul (Jonathan Pollard).
Unlike the clear pro Israeli bias by the participants in this clip, I'm neither a member of Hezbollah or involved in the organisation. DW News should be challenged under trade description laws.

As a Nigerian some of our freedom fighters where referred to as terrorist at one time.. today after independence.. they are national heroes. The continued presence of European and American aggression is the Middle East is one of the reason for resistance like this. There is no fire without smoke. If someone is aggressive it is actually a response to something. It’s easy to label someone a terrorist. But I have learnt that the label game is the a political game to give legitimacy to carry out evil so that your people won’t question what you do.

@Abul Hassan those didnt bring the land. Those weren't even born when the land was bought. They defended the land. They did good job. Just like all parties bought weapon from their own pocket and after a while, have them to the army, hezbollah can do the same. Answer these questions to understand what it is going on in Lebanon. (Btw, they didnt mention Israel in the video 'cause.. otherwise the goal of making it wont be reached)
Israel left Lebanon in the year 2000. Hezbulla still exists as a militia in Lebanon.
So the role of hezbulla is not related to Israel. Hezbulla fights in yemen, syria and iraq. In addition they kill journalist and politicians.
Doing one good deed does not negate their terrorist activities.
Aya!! We have the same last name! My Judie’s last name was Ibrahim but it was changed when he immigrated to Ellis island around 1919. Now 3 generations and I am one of his living descendants. ❤️
What matters the most is the lebanese people, and the majority approuve this party.
No
When you watch an 11 minute video about Hezbollah, and Israel is only mentioned once AND as the poor victim of the 2006 war, you simply recognize how one-sided and deceptive the video is.
Religion and politics should never be in the same mix, that's why the people of the middle East has been in war for centuries
Pablo Pacheco maybe if the US doesnt try to “help" any and every country with oil or near israel there would be no war.
The Middle East is at "war" because of three things:
UK-US Imperialism (Natural Ressources & geopolitical dominance)
Israeli Imperialism
Collaboration of Middle-Eastern Elites

Without America, Britain, France, Germany, Saudi Arabia would certainly be no Israel.

Clearly you know nothing about history
Who else is tired of seeing certain people claim EVERYONE else is a terrorist or racist?
Don't forget! Germany has been occupied by U.S. since world war 2.
Is it occupied still?
@@Nikitos253 no lol
Totally factless report unpacking lies there is no mention of 🇮🇱 occupation Lebanon 🇱🇧 for 18 years and was forced to flee in 2000 by the men of God.
Let's see how's your memory.... Do you know why Israel entered Lebanon in the first place?
aya Ibrahim, the presenter, is one of the most expressive presenters i have seen on any documentary
0:51 He is saying it right that it is very difficult to understand or unpack hezbollah and that is why they call hezbollah a terrorist organisation.
Why west is so much concerned about shia militants?? Can't you see Russian militia? American militias??
