We have seen countless of times that 0 attack cards tend to be very low tier, bad even. In this case, if Winston is killed, all you have left is a useless filled up spot on your board. At least the two eggs still give you something useful when they die.
He doesn't transform back into the recon mode. So I like to think of him as a 8 6/6 mana deal 4 damage then the sentry effect. Which is still pretty powerful, but not insane I'd say

I can see this working w some of the mechanics we saw in the latest expansion. Upgrades every turn. So turn one destroys minions w 1 health, turn 2 minions w 2 health, etc.
Just saying, Bastion is super OP, not only he gets to regen his life each turn, he can basically kill any minion summoned before they can do any damage. 6 Health is not "vulnerable" he should be something like 2/4, he is already dealing 5 damage every time something is summoned and with 6 attack, no one will want to swing at him.
Bastion seems OP as balls. Fully heals itself at the end of every turn, AND locks out most of your opponent's minions (and by extention, potential comebacks).
I'm sorry to disapoint you, but the two cards you mentioned aren't even comparable. Vol'Jin is a board presence combined with a pseudo-removal and Zenn is a great heal with a pseudo-removal. You wouldn't even think about putting them both into a deck since they're so different.

I was thinking zenyatta’s orbs could be minions on each side of the field. Discord deals 1 damage to everything on your opponents side of the field, and spawns onto your opponents side of the field, while harmony heals all friendly characters for 1 each turn. They are invincible, but will immediately die when zenyatta dies.
Sombra : 5 mana 3/5 Stealth, Battle cry: Silence all enemy minions, when this attacks and kills a minion, Return this card to your hand. Sombra in overwatch is a stealth hero, made to sneak behind the enemy lines, hack an enemy leaving them weak to your ally's attacks, then teleporting out with her translocater, waiting until she gains her EMP, allowing her to shut down all enemy members abilitys.
I love these ideas! A few potential balance issues here and there but in general VERY cool ideas. Let's see if I can think of one... Pharah: 6 mana 6/3 with "You hit minions adjacent to the one you attack" and "First Strike" (Deal damage first to potentially avoid taking damage from an attack at all). Ana: 6 mana 4/5 with "Whenever a friendly character is healed, double that healing. Whenever an enemy character is healed, half it." and "At the end of your turn, restore 2 health to a random friendly character." Mercy: 10 mana 2/2 with "At the end of your turn, summon a random friendly minion that died this game until your board is full." (No idea about the balance on this one) Reinhardt: 7 mana 4/8 with "Taunt" and "Adjacent minions are Immune." Just throwing these out there, don't have the time to refine them very much!
Miko0219 I could see that, but I don't every printed card needs to be currently played. Obviously you don't want to print shitty cards but if every card is an upgrade then power creep will go crazy. Though it's important to note she would be impossible to kill by minions with 6 or less health. So she'd be weak to removal (i.e. snipers and assassins) but strong against taunt minions and weak creatures (200~ hp characters and defensive characters like bastion). I'm actually kinda happy with how it parallels her in the game. :D

Combo with equality is too strong, you can clear the board and gain a 5/5 too easily. It's better than sylvanas! Winston is good but slow. You can use shadow word pain, polymorph, execute, syphon soul, equality, shield slam, deadly shot and a bunch of other stuff
He becomes useless in my opinion, would be removed quickly by your opponent and would not give you a chance to make combos. You pay 5 mana for a 4/4 battlecry "do nothing". And even if he can make it to the next turn (let's say your opponent have no answers), he'll kill only the 1 health minions, but if you used "equality" the turn before your opponent can just trade right?

What about Enrage Hover up and deal 3 damage split per a enemy minion. Hover is like what lorewalker does in tutorial. Can't be targeted till all other minions are destroyed (triggers at the end of turn) or in three turns time. 7/6 9 mana?
How about make her a spell-based card instead? since she's long range...Maybe a splash damage effect like all your targeted spells that deals damage to enemy minions, deal extra damage to adjacent minions
8 mana, 6/2 Charge, Battlecry deal 3 damage to an enemy minions and 1 to each on either side of it, deathrattle deal 2 damage to 4 random enemy characters, at the end of your turn she dies. I'd say a card with a charge, a battlecry, and a deathrattle that goes off on the same turn is pretty unique, and it fits with her usually dying when she uses her ult.
Pharah should have a battle cry (barrage) dealing 2 or 3 dmg to all enemy minions. or her splash dmg rocket deals 2 dmg to adjacent minions. It could have both also.
Splash damage like that of hunter's explosive shot should be good! Make her like the glass cannon she is, op battlecry, high attack but rather poor health, like that of Justicar Trueheart. Also she could be a paladin legendary, because Justice :)

lifetake he transforms for 1 turn. He does go back to recon mode.
To be fair, he has self heal in Overwatch as well, so its actually fairly thematic, even if the self heal isnt triggered by tansformation in the game.

I think Bastion should be a Druid legendary with the pick 1 mechanic.
I don't find mccrees ability satisfactory. I think it's main strength is that even characters with high health need to fear his high noon.

I tried a few versions like that, the delayed kill theme is hard to translate to Hearthstone and yet be practical.

Stealth, at the end of your turn heal two other random friendly minions for 2, if you have no other damaged friendly minions, discover and friendly minion that died this game, put it on the battlefield.
Stealth could be removed but I just had this idea and I thought it fit the character well
You can use mcree as a removal with paladin, making a equality mcree combo
bastion is quite op because he constantly heals himself... combimed with a taunt it's even better
It's like Bastion's repair ability so it works and adding a taunt is like having Reinhart protecting your Bastion. Tho they could reduce Bastion's hp to balance it

What about Enrage Hover up and deal 3 damage split per a enemy minion. Hover is like what lorewalker does in tutorial. Can't be targeted till all other minions are destroyed (triggers at the end of turn) or in three turns time. 7/6 9 mana?
How about make her a spell-based card instead? since she's long range...Maybe a splash damage effect like all your targeted spells that deals damage to enemy minions, deal extra damage to adjacent minions

Charge, Battlecry deal 3 damage to an enemy minions and 1 to each on either side of it, deathrattle deal 2 damage to 4 random enemy characters, at the end of your turn she dies.
I'd say a card with a charge, a battlecry, and a deathrattle that goes off on the same turn is pretty unique, and it fits with her usually dying when she uses her ult.

Pharah should have a battle cry (barrage) dealing 2 or 3 dmg to all enemy minions. or her splash dmg rocket deals 2 dmg to adjacent minions. It could have both also.
Reinhardt's ability should make adjacent minions immune until rein dies (only immune against attacks not dmg.)

Splash damage like that of hunter's explosive shot should be good! Make her like the glass cannon she is, op battlecry, high attack but rather poor health, like that of Justicar Trueheart. Also she could be a paladin legendary, because Justice :)

how about sombra 4 mana 0/3 stealth:
this minion takes no combat damage. if it attacks a minion silence it. if it attacks a silenced minion destroy it. at the end of you turn restealth sombra.
