    Talktalk - Where the CEO office fails, the regulators prevail!This is a follow up concluding the extremely poor service provided by TalkTalk in Feb 2023.

    I referred to the CEO complaints team, with shocking results. Definitely NOT what I was expecting. Definitely not a normal reply from an escalated complaint to the CEO team. In hindsight maybe I was a little harsh this 'CEO complaints manager' but someone in such a position should NEVER LIE or exhibit such incompetence in order to cover for their company. It’s totally unacceptable.
    Thankfully TalkTalk are regulated, but even still the outcome was not exactly what I wanted.

    Literally two weeks ago I called TT to cancel with a view to going to virgin, mainly because they offered optical cable right to the door. I didn’t realise that TT could also supply this service, they absolutely bent over backwards to keep me and like you offered a fantastic deal, if I call TT I always say cancellations, they seem to be a lot better in that team. I think to be fair whilst TT are pretty bloody awful to deal with and your 3 hour post clearly shows this, I don’t think any other suppliers are any better and I think the problem is the outbound call centres. If you can find a provider with U.K. call centre that is very rare. When I listen to your original post, which by the way is not unique, this is how everyone’s call goes, but I think isn’t anyone at TT listening to this and if they are how the hell can they think it’s ok, it’s just beyond belief, anyway Thanks for these post it’s interesting to me

      Thanks for you comment! I'm hoping more if enough people highlight such service then we can pressure them to revise thier processes. One can hope...
