I'm in tears because of Talk Talk, they have drained my account, my bill wasn't even due and over charged me, I'm now in the overdrawn on my bank account, most of the money they took is my disabled nephew's, it was there for safe keeping's because he's in a centre for disabled kids, I'm annoyed really annoyed with them.
Still happening a years later, talk talk have been voted the worst customer service for the 5 year consecutively. My internet also turns of a good 4 times a day it needs sorting

i know the feeling ive took the decision to cancel my contract with talk talk after being with them for nearly two years so many problems i have had with them with my internet being cut off plus my phone line and some months my bills being higher than they should be

I kept all correspondence online and posted. Eventually they gave up trying to obtain £100s off me for cancelling their useless broadband package within legal timescale. Unfortunately, I have a Tiscali email account that TalkTalk subsequently bought out. What a pathetic format of the most primitive presentation. Right now TalkTalk website is down for hours and hours. I can't access my Tiscali email account cos TalkTalk owns it. DOH!!!

Today I switched to Virgin, and it's great, with talk talk I kept getting drop outs so I asked to upgrade to Fibre, but they don't have fibre in my area, so I kept paying for Internet that was cutting off every two minutes, I then told them to cancel my contract, they then said I have to pay them £100 for leaving early, I'm annoyed, but let's face it, if I stayed with them I would be paying monthly for no service anyway!
Same here -----repeat repeat repeat ------------------------They did not even make a connection ( I still have the unopened modem which their so called engineer did not even open) They have harassed me for three years - demands for money etc ----------They are the worst.
i understand if you have a bad experience with the service of talk talk however we dont have to be rude or leave comments like this im from philippines and im working in a call center receiving 60 to 80 calls a day dealing with billing problem and etc. so imagine that ? Theres maybe a language barrier but as much as we could we are doing our best to help customers like you.. and what we only ask is for you not to treat us like we are all stupid as if everyone from my country who works in a call center doing the same thing like how the agent behave on this call, maybe there are some agents who wasnt trained well on how to deal with customer service but i hope you guys try to respect us as well as how we respect you. Problem is BT, they will insist on setting up there customer service offices in India and other such countries, for reasons unknown, the only time you will get an Englishmen is if your about to end your contract and they will put you through to the UK

TalkTalk is total BS, I switched to BT fibre yesterday and I am least 10 times faster. TalkTalk, GIVE UP!

Talk talk is crap. BT infinity is great and it’s extremely rare for it to stop working. Just make sure you have infinity though!
