Organization is very important! I always have my mix busses in front of the track groups so it's faster for me to level the volume. And I always have all my screens preset so I don't have to switch between them.

Only if I assign a sample to a free mixer channel will it change the name and color in the mixer. If I scroll left of my sample and assign it to a specific mixer channel, it'll just be called "Insert". Also, if I decide to change the same of a sample in my Channel Rack later on, it won't change in the mixer.
