This design is similar to the Keil Kraft Sportster, though I imagine predates it. You had a very interesting trimming sequence. I'm familiar with "turn anxiety" as the plane flies straight away from me. The vertical stab looks pretty monstrous and effective on this design. You build such pretty airplanes!
Thanks Archie. If you build one I would recommend moving the thrust button lower on the noseblock by at least 1/4". Dialing in downthrust brought the hook far enough up in the fuselage that the rubber rubs on the sides a bit.
Beautiful! I bet Deluxe/EZE would like to see some of the tissue finish images. It really looks nice; I like the fuselage snapshot at the 1:14 time mark. 👍
Brushed it on. 30% solution, held the part at about 45 deg down from horizontal, started at the top and brushed across the parts horizontally working down to keep from getting runs or pools of the dope. Total of three coats applied this way. First coat is the hardest as the tissue relaxes very quickly and it's easy to miss a spot or get a pool. Later coats were easier. On the flying surfaces I blocked them down after each coat once the tissue had dried enough not to stick to the blocks.
That is a beautiful little Model and such a good Flier as well. Thank you for sharing this. 🤙🏼
I really enjoy your selection of builds. Beautiful job. This one's got to have Italian roots, by the lines...
Really nice! Interesting triangle fuselage section, but I can well see how binding can be an issue in the nose. Beautifully built and flown! 🌟👍
LOVE this plane. Has a huge rudder. Thanks for the plans link.
Welldone!!! Thats is beautifull. I will build this. One day
a neat little design. nice job!

Ficou lindo esse modelinho, muito bom, parabéns...
Beautiful build, well constructed and covered. Did you brush or spray the easycoat sealer?
