Crux: 1- Make list: Monthly, weekly, daily 2- Priorities your health, yourself 3- Take time out for your parents 4- Unplug from external negativity (give social media breaks) 5- Take vacations (we take it as a fun thing but it is a need) 6- Set boundaries (a: when you are at home, you are at home. b: when you are at work, you are at work. don't mix them) 7- Delegate your work ( a: outsource b: ask for help ) 8: Concept of double shift (working women are considered to be perfect lady when they do all their home chores along their careers, So be the supportive spouse, be the person who shares responsibilities and if she is expecting to be a perfect wife then be a perfect spouse as well, if the two have this balance in life the house finds itself a balance) Quote: Nobody on his deathbed ever said I wished I had more time in office.
Rightly said that there is no 100% balance or time table at start but when we start that things ... that's easy and more clear for us rather then thinking thinking thinking just overthinking about it

When you are rich and have influencers background you can achieve every thing in this country . People who are not rich but hard working and talented and have merits are doing typical 9 to 5 job with ten thousand monthly income Because of not having influencer's or other strong background . HOW SICK !!!
Many legends die being unrecognised just because they lacked a strong background but some foolish get recognised and even applauded just because they had powerful background...

In this 13.minutes speech she spoke well about everything, which she experienced but sorry to say she did not spoke about in her daily routine about five time prayers. I am not critiszing at her but being a muslim she had to mention.
Studied Medicine was allocated to Military Lands and Cantonment Board. CSS is nothing but a social club while Bureaucracy is rotten to the core in Pakistan, hire specialists for the job and then help them.
Dr. Sassi has a tremendous schedule for living an ideal life. But I want to ask one thing please don't offend that why we people neglect Islam and the most obligatory pillar namaz in our daily life schedule.

My question is.. How to create the balance between your charming work life and bringing up your kids? By bringing up kids, I don't mean..just raising them up..even nannies can do that.. what I mean is how to fulfill the ever biggest and hardest responsibiliy as a parent- TARBIYA. Surely, we fail! Majority of us indeed!!!💔
