@@introvertboyedith4638 Nothing wrong with that, put yourself in her shoe. public speaking is not easy at all. she managed to convey the message although anything else. which means she is great. besides, I found that the audience didn't interact with her at all while I watched tons of tedx vids before and found they at least clap or laugh when the speaker say something funny so, there was no empathy there. no wonder if I kept talking to ppl while they give no impression I won't feel confident enough. she was awesome to do it till the end. you have to FOCUS on what you got from lecture instead of judging her.

Hello everyone. I'll talk little about myself. I'm Hanie and I'm from Vietnam. I was born in the urban family. Everyday, I get up with my big dream, I wanna change and improve my life. I really wanna give my parents a goodlife. So I were began learn English. It's so hard for me. I don't have enough money to go to the education English center and I also don't study university.
Although I really want to continually study but I can't. So I hope everyone who is eligible to continue studying can try their best to be the best version of themselves. Don't give up or scared anything, be strong, be independent and then enjoy your journey. ( sorry my English is not good) Good luck everyone.

Your English language is GREAT!! Better than the language of those who studied in English language centers... Commitment to learning is vital; I hope you achieve all your goals. Remember that your parents will be happy if you are happy; if you kiss them, they will be satisfied. They will be pleased if you wash the dishes or add a new habit. They don't want to be worried about you in this life and want to see you the best one ever; seeing you improve daily will relieve them. Thank you for sharing your story; we are proud of you, and your English language is excellent again :)

I have tried to change my eating habits and studying habits so much that you wouldn't believe it. I can say firmly that failure is part of it but if your mindset is to not give up even after failing, you'll eventually stick to it and feel amazing. It's been 17 days since I started my new diet, study routine and now I feel really great. I can already see effets. I lost 2-3 kilograms. I'm studying on daily basis and I didn't sacrifice anything to achieve it. just being mindful and changing bits of my eating habits and studying routine. I should've given up a long time ago because of how many times I failed but I didn't and now I'm happier than ever. Stick to it buddy. Wish you the best

So, It doesn't matter how long time you are trying to form a habit. The most important thing is that you must have determination. Forming a habit is actually a psychological change. It's never easy, but never impossible..

Well, 2.43 is the most trustworthy words I've ever heard! That is a big myth that doing something for consecutive 21 days will definitely change you into another person. I, honestly, have been making my bed for 3 months; but, yet I'm doing this 1 minute thing with a huge despair, though. I'm still doing it, still trying not to neglect this activity, and this sort of works for me. Everything takes time, if you want to transform into a completely different person, you have to be doing things you don't like, until you finally start out this stuff with no obligation!

Changing life for the better is a choice, if you want to change then start today. Change comes from within, we like what we are going to do first, so we become happier to do it. It also takes purpose, commitment, consistency, and patience as the key. There's no need to rush in doing it, it all takes time and a process for what we want to achieve

That's so accurate 😂. I started to make my life healthier about 3 weeks ago. Wake up early in the morning, do a exercise or running for 1 hour, intermittent fasting, and no more sugar for every food & drink. It's hard to make all these activity become a habits, every week I'm always spare 1 day rest (that's not good i know), but when i scales my weight I'm very happy successfully lose about 5kg weight!
So for everyone who want to make a new habbit, you must feel the sensation of your process and when you achieve the results, it feels so GOODDDDDD!

It was motivating speech for me! The speaker is right, our bad habits or good habits are the result of the process of repeating many times. But I didn't know about the" 21 day ", it is just short time. We must use our willpower until (the 21 st day) something will become to the habit! Thanks for wonderful speech!

After watching this video I am very interested in how long it takes to change our lives, basically it's not about sooner or later we can change our lives but how we are consistent with our life goals to change our lives for the better.

Absolutely it was great and outstanding speech!!! What really impressed me is that "Change is not always easy and it is not always simple but with enough dedication any habit can be reshaped."
I do believe that if anyone wants to change should be commitment and the decision depends on themselves.

It’s true, I loved the speech thank you for clarifying this. I felt disappointed of my self that I was not consistent enough even after 21 days and now I understand. I think for for everything we’re different the way we eat, what we eat, how long it take us to do things, habits , .. but the problem is that we keep comparing ourselves to others and that let us feel disappointed. I’ll stop that.
Thank you for the speech 👍

Don’t rush it, the important things in order to remove bad habits or making your time more productive are consistency, discipline and also prayers.
Develope a positive mindset or approach in terms with dealing to others and making decissions/solutions until it will become daily routine.
Doing small good things but continuesly is much better than doing huge changes but it’s not for long term or permanent.

The point I can catch is that changing or doing new habits takes 2 to 8 months, depending on the difficulty of habits and self-earnestness.

I really appreciate your words and the theory and references that would prove enough for a person to rely on or believe in it. But I have something to add It depends on an individual if he/she is up to the change they want or not. Psychologically is all related to mindset. 21 days are just a number that makes you habitual of the desired habit that you want to adopt.

Forming good habits takes daily self determination and efforts. It does not stop but I like concept that it depends on nature of habits, on the person and the surrounding circumstances. And we don’t have to be perfect. Just embrace the process!

    Your speech was really amazing.
That's scientifically truth if we wanna change our life, we need to change our daily habits according to what we really wanna do or wanna be in our life.
We need to get rid of prior habit and develop new habit what we wanna be. It'll take 21 (plus) days to get rid of prior habit..
We have to keep in mind few point.
    1. Patience
    2. Consistency
    3. Discipline
    Thank You
