I went with the ugreen powerbank. seemed like the lightest and least thick option to charge on the go at 2nd highest watt hours and it fits in 99% of my pants pockets front or back but any thicker and I'd find it uncomfortable to move with tbh. The baseus he recommended is a better choice for that in mind but I'd like to point out I can charge my legion go at 65 w and then my samsung with super fast charging2.0 at 45w at the same time. It does stop charging for a second to renegotiate but I dont mind. When I find a wall outlet I can plug the original charger into the bank and it will pasthrough charge to the legion go. nice to kinda extend cable range and wont carry around an extra cable or 3rd party charger. This battery bank has been trouble free and kinda seemless for what I wanted. Id recommend to get it on a deal
I left my anker 347 at a friends house last week and told him to give it to his teenage boys. I should have kept it because my new 737 with all new 240w cables charges my devices at the same rate lol. Time to upgrade everything I guess!
I am using the Aukey 100W (20k mAh), so far so good, it has a wattage monitor as well. Can charge devices at maximum 100W and the powerbank itself can be charged at 65W maximum.
I use Evatronic/Alfox/Ravpower 65w 20k power bank. It’s awesome: great capacity, 4 ports, pass-through charging. I wonder why no one reviews this one.)
Awesome video, I do have a huge ask though. Could you include weight to watt hour? With the rise of handheld cases that allow attaching a battery bank to the back it would be nice to have the most battery for the weight
Thank you very much for the wonderful video. I want to ask about charging the device while it is turned off. How do I know that charging is complete while the device is turned off?
Hey - currently the only way to check if the charging is complete while off is by unplugging and replugging it in and the legion go will show the percentage. However, if you have a charger that shows the charging speeds, you can see that 0 watts are being transferred and that charging is complete
I have a Sandberg 50000 mAh, 130 W, 185 Wh with same volt ampèremètre,,,, as you will do some test and keek you informed. I m curious too compare result 😊. I have also a baseus 30000 mah but not sure about other specs i have to check
Hey! That clip was from a kit called Deck Mate - I used it to attack the baseus to my steam deck. They made one for the ally and they do have a universal one available that could be used to the Legion: getmechanism.com
@JakeFishmanTech Thanks for the reply! At the moment I have the Anker Prime 27650mah but it only charges my Legion Go when it's in silent power saving mode. For Balance and Performance it's a dud, with start and stop charging. Tried a couple cables but can't figure out why this top spec power bank won't supply a charge. Any ideas?
Just to clarify: the power banks do not work while the Go is running, correct? Because I bought an anker 737 and it charges THE BANK while playing the Legion, draining the battery even faster.
Hi Daniel, you should be able to charge the Lego with the battery bank while you are playing, that’s what I was doing in this video. If you are having trouble, I would check the order you are plugging the devices in (I think power bank first, Lego second may result in Lego charging). And if not, I would check and see if there is a windows setting that may be set differently. Can the power bank charge other things normally?
I apologize for the many questions.. I have a question: if I charge the device with a 100-watt power bank, does it affect the battery or is this normal?
I am always happy to answer questions! Using a 100 watt power bank will be normal. The device and the battery bank will communicate with each other to give the client watts so no need to worry.
Hello, some powerbanks have reverse charge issue. Baseus 100W and Anker Elite 3 charge Legion Go but then start to drain Legion Go's power back once they reach below 30%. Have you ever faced this issue?
So, stupid question but I just got the baesus 100w blade and I can’t seem to get it to charge the Go at all…not sure if there’s more to it other than plug and play but figured I would see if there was something I should be doing that I’m not
@@tallbutshort1124 hey so all I had to do was plug a USB 3.0 - USB-C into one of the middle slots and it worked fine. Once I figured that out I never had any problems
I use a POWERADD PRO 50000mah PD 65W that I got off Amazon for $49.99 and it gives me an about 4.5 hours running at max TDP. I also have a BRENCIL Power Bank, 20000mAh 65W from Amazon for $28.00 that gives me about 2 extra hours at max TDP. They both charge at 65w also.
Hey! The qualification for batteries on a plane is the watt hour capacity. So the charger could provide 100w+ charging as long as it’s under 100 watt hours. All of these batteries are under that limit
Thanks for the vid, the Anker 737 is $91.99 on US Amazon right now
Thanks for watching and letting us know about the sale!
Great video and recommendations! Grabbed the larger Baseus 65w with 114Wh so hopefully the efficiency with that one is similar.
Awesome, informative, and straightforward.
AWESOMELY helpful technical comparison

Figured it out. Use the cable that comes with the adapter. Duh. Lol.
" My battery tester," your battery tester is actually a usb tester.
Great stuff!
I decided to get the latest 737 anker prime 27k MaH
