I've just been learning this move in training and it's so effective once you can get it down. Thanks for the video , awesome as usual fellas

Bjj guy here. Before watching this video my double leg was an all or nothing takedown attempt but now i have an option after being sprawled on

Coach Chiapparelli is an amazing coach. He has had a lasting influence on my approach to MMA Wreslting. I had the privilege of training with him for 4 days at Sensei Erik Paulson's CSW Camp one year. He is a true master of his art.

Useful drill, thanks. I've been teaching the sit-through for years as a recovery from a breakfall, but this is great too.

A very effective drill. It's a wonderful basis for additional drills such as the guillotine, peruvian, etc. 👌👌👌 Very effective even to this day Brian. Thank you!

The elbow pushed backwards is a nice touch. I 've always sat right thru, under the impression that it's more effective - but perhaps not . Will find out tonight !

I believe the s turn is called hip heist and the 360 is a Russian arm switch. Good drill. Thanks

Sound of typing ... Bang bang bang ... sound of sword being drawn ... "oh fuck" ... damage control. I love that intro.

Great video!! Better make sure to clear that arm/elbow when sitting through. Very prone to getting chin whipped and/or guillotined.
