How to make Chicken Spaghetti | A Southern Style Feast

Recipe:
1 1/2 Chicken breast cut into small pieces ( I used a rotisserie chicken from Sam's)
1 small bell pepper chopped
1 small onion chopped
1 4 oz jar of pimentos
1 stick of butter
salt & pepper to taste
2 cans of cream of mushroom soup
1/2 package of spaghetti noodles
In a sauce pan cook noodles until done
In a skillet melt the butter and then add the peppers & onions to sauté.
season with salt & pepper to taste (optional)
add pimentos, soup, and then add chicken and mix all together.
Drain noodles and put them into a 13x9 baking dish
Add chicken mixture to noodles and mix together well.
Top with cheese. I used Velveeta cheese. You can use any cheese you wish to top spaghetti.
Cook on 350 degrees for about 25 minutes until cheese has melted and hot through and through.
Enjoy!
