Recipe:
3-4 ripe bananas
1 yellow box cake mix ( I used Duncan Hines)
2 eggs
optional : Pecans or walnuts
I used 1/2 chopped pecans
Mix together in a mixing bowl and grease a 9x5 loaf pan
bake in a 350 degree oven for 45-55 minutes depending on your oven.
I baked mine for 43 minutes.

But I misremembered it as a 2-ingredient recipe and forgot the eggs. 🙈Good news: This bakes up beautifully with just cake mix and bananas! It's DELICIOUS! Perfect way to end the work week! I'll try it again with eggs in the future.
