Recipe:
Brown in a skillet 1 lbs. ground beef
1 packet or 1.25 oz. of taco seasoning
salt ,pepper, and onion powder to taste ( all optional)
When meat is browned in a foil pan add:
1- 7 oz. package of Pepper Jack cheese
1-8 oz package of Colby Jack cheese
1-8 oz. package of cream cheese
Add meat on top, then
1 can of Rotel
1- 4 oz. can of green chilies
Cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven for about 40 mins.
Stir all together when it comes out of the oven.
Serve with chips
Chip recipe:
White or yellow corn tortillas cut into quarters. ( as many as you want)
In hot oil fry until slightly brown on both sides. Drain on a paper towel then sprinkle with season salt if you choose.
