There are buyers that try getting everything for free. There are sellers that don't know or care about what they're selling and don't care about whom they're selling to. Generally ratings on eBay matter, most sellers are fair, and watching out for 3rd party sellers is important. You should know the market value before you bid on anything as well.
Sort it Buy Now, and make sure you change shipping to local/your country. Also make sure to do some research on the seller. As long as theyre reputable sellers and accept returns, there should be no issues.
The one time I one a eBay auction was when I was looking to upgrade my gpu and I won the bid at $195 for a 3070, it was free shipping aswell and after tax it was around $215
Ebay isn't but there are a lot of vendors that scam people! They place items they don't even have on ebay then you pay and it is VERY DIFICULT to get a refund! I know cause it happened to me! Not at first ebay was good at getting you reimbursed but now you can't even talk to a real human being! It's all automated in hopes You will get frustrated and give up!🙆♂️
The only way is to talk to a real human is through twitter or messanger ebay this is what i did but sadly i couldn't get my money back even though the person was clearly a scammer and has scammed many others the same way since 30 days are past they won't give a crap about refunding for you and barely deal with scammers like these that literally post fake positive reviews on their own to appear legit.

Win11 compatibility starts at like 9th or 10th gen. There is a work around for it but you lose bitlocker for anti-virus protocols and others windows features that runs through tpm 2.0+
