One of THE BEST upper body workouts! I love doing the Arnold presses one arm at a time. This way seems to put less stress on my neck when the weights go above my head, and I can lift more weight. I'll just have my husband feed me tomorrow, a smoothie is out. I probably won't be able to lift the ice cubes.🦋

Holy upper body workout, Batman! Yes, indeedy, this is going into my favorites list! I LOVE strength workouts. My arms are burning right now! Unfortunately, I won't be able to finish the challenge in real-time as I'm going on vacation, but have my resistance bands, and jump rope with me, plus we intend on doing a lot of walking. After working out with you for the past year, PJ, I feel somewhat confident with putting this 60 yr old body in a bathing suit. Thank you for making your workouts fun and engaging! Much LOVE!

OMG! THE BEST upper body workout. This is definitely one I save a will follow on a regular basis! Very clear instuctions. Easy to follow and can make more difficult by increasing weights as I (hopefully) start to need it. I love this workout. Thank you so much.

This was terrific workout. I'm new to crush curls and found them to be wildly effective at quickly bringing me to failure. It's a hard move, though because of wanting to lower fully but still keeping the weights touching. WOW. I'll do this one again and again. Thank you.

Hey PJ! Great workout. My arms are shaking' bad!!! anyway, just a thought- I know you are the professional but if I may add to the end stretch when you pull your arm over your chest? Pull the shoulder down as it adds more stretch to the area. something I picked up during my years at the gym. Lady you rock ! Love these workouts. You keep me motivated for sure. See you next time.
I liked this workout! I guess we can still learn new things! Tomorrow will be a 24 hr fast...I will not be able to feed myself lol. I really like when you say what weights you are using at the beginning. I mostly am able to use the same weights as you are. So it's a good guideline for me! Thank You for all you do❤️

I did this today, the eve of my 70th birthday, and it put me back in touch with some of the harder aspects of strength training. My arms aren't quite noodles, but they will be sore tomorrow (perhaps I'll eat less chocolate cake).

I did this today, the eve of my 70th birthday, and it put me back in touch with some of the harder aspects of strength training. My arms aren't quite noodles, but they will be sore tomorrow (perhaps I'll eat less chocolate cake).
