  • Day 2 not bad. Workout was pretty nasty in a good way. Knowing I am not a good runner and mentally take a rest when I go out tired, I decided to modify the run DB squat workout. I also just wanted to use the equipment that is rarely programmed.
    Food and schedule for the most part went well. Stayed very keto up until the end of the day. I think I am going to test this a little with the blood tester and get readings morning, afternoon and night one of these days. BUT fasted to 2 again and felt great. Hopefully get used to the hunger throughout the fast.
