Own the Day Ch.3 Mind Dump | Supplements

Alright... Finally got through chapter three of Own the Day by Aubrey Marcus. I went into it a little demotivated, assuming the chapter would be somewhat disingenuous. I was wrong as Aubrey barely mentions onnit or specific supps made by them.
Overall, good chapter, some mind openning points that gets me thinking about my supp stack.
