“You don’t rise to the level of your goals, you fall to the level of your systems,” wrote James Clear in his book Atomic Habits. It took me awhile to truly understand this concept and put it into practice, but once I did, it made a huge difference in my life. In this video, I’m going to share some strategies for setting systems, instead of goals, and offer some concrete examples to help you implement this strategy in your own life!

@@sarastilleke I easy tip is to just place thick cloth/even towels down covering any hard surface out side of the frame.Even above your head. The move the microphone as close as possible to your mouth. For these types of videos it can even be in the frame. Enjoy!

Me too. Never contemplated that each component may need a unique support system . Even as infantile as a smiley stamp on the refidgeror calendar would be micro self congrats.

i have to use systems for my 22 year old with adhd, its annoying for me but great for him

Even in your video you saying "define your goal". So we have to set a goal and only then set a system. "Stop dreaming - start reaching". There's no need to put so much philosophy under such simple idea.
