31 years ago on a hot summer's day, I cycled to town, locked my bike up and went into the cool, air-conditioned space of Our Price (told you it was 31 years ago). Playing on the PA was this song -- the Live at Wembley album had just come out. The sound was expansive, crystal clear, you could hear the crowd, every nuance of the plucked strings of Brian's guitar, and soaring above it, the crowning glory of Freddie's superlative voice. It was a totally mellow moment.

I remember that prior to singing this at Newcastle during the Magic Tour, Brian dedicated the song to the Save the Children people as the proceeds from that show were going to their charity.
The guilty sadness in the words that encompasses so many-so beautifully matched by the soulfulness of those masterly-plucked strings.
If you can help a hundred kids, more power to you. But don’t let the fact that you can’t help that many keep you from helping just one.
