2014 Audi RS7 Test Drive Video Review

- www.autobytel.com/audi/rs-7/20... The RS is the top of Audi's performance line-up. The RS 7 sits above the A7 and the S7 models. The starting price is north of $105k but you get a whole ton of performance. Under the hood lives a 4.0 liter twin-turbo V-8 monster that makes 560 horsepower and 516 lb-ft. of torque. The Audi RS 7 can run from 0-60 MPH in 3.7 seconds. Fuel economy is actually very good at 16 MPG in the city and 27 MPG on the highway thanks to the cylinder deactivation system. With the RS 7 you also get a wonderfully load and entertaining exhaust.
The RS 7 gets special embroidered seats, badging, and unique interior trims. The gauges are clear and easy to read and the pop-up navigation screen is great. The rear passengers enjoy plenty of legroom but not as much headroom since the hatchback design of the RS 7 cuts down that space. That is one of the few negatives on this Sportback design. The benefit though is an enlarged trunk area that has more cubic feet of space.
The driving experience is incredible. The car has the adaptive air suspension which combines the best of both worlds: a comfortable ride coupled with excellent body control. Also the Torque Vectoring Rear Diff is on hand to keep you out of trouble. Bottom line: the Audi RS 7 delivers just what it promises!

The RS7 is such a great car, especially the Bentley's 4.0L TT V8 that's under the hood.
Nah, the other way around. VW Group owns Bentley, so they fitted a Audi engine into the Bentley. Same engine as in Audi S6, S7, S8, RS6, RS7.

for some of you who feel this dude is getting so much hate...lemme spell it out for you. This dude doesn't have to do all the start and stop he does while driving on the road...for example, when he shows the finer details of the car, like the engine or the dash/seat wide shot, its done all sloppy and as an funny aside. That doesn't help those who wanna see the bits and pieces of this car...if he didn't wanna do all that detail, just keep those bits outta the video..or at least do a split screen where he shows detail footage on the side as he drives. It just makes his decent speaking style seem like he was just being lazy in his presentation, which ruins the flow of watching it. Geez, Motorweek on PBS has had this down since the 80s, and this dude can do the same with all the video technology available to him...

A bright red Audi with big wheels big exhaust tips huge front end and popping sounds from the exhaust is worlds best sleeper ? lay off the drugs

400m or 1/4 mile in 11.7s, and covers Nurburgring under 7:40s, and itweighs over 4000 pounds and has 4 doors and has 1 of worlds best interiors, so what shud i call it other tha n worlds best sleeper

A beautiful car like this doesn’t deserve to be beaten up like a rental truck. Anyone that wears baggy $10 jeans and that shirt couldn’t possibly review the interior of this vehicle with any type of justice.

I'm an audi fanboy and to be honest Audis don't feel luxurious, they feel different from Mercedes and bmws. Audis do feel expensive but they are just different, they feel more technological rather than luxurious. It's probably the design.

Nothing about that interior screams "six figures!" to me. That looks like something (particularly the entire dash and instrument cluster) that I should find in a car that fits in the A6, 5-Series, GS category. The performance of this thing would have to be so earth shatteringly good, for me to choose it over other 100K cars like the Lexus LS or MB S-Class. Those aren't performance oriented vehicles, but I can get a shit load more luxury for the price, which would be more important for me. But, this RS7 is very beautiful on the outside. I've seen it at an auto show and it was one of my favorite cars.
God you people really need to get a sense of humor. WOULD YOU STAND OUTSIDE THIS CAR FOR 5 MINUTES TALKING ABOUT IT? NO! I'd drive the hell out of it

What is with Autobytel and their short videos? I like this guy and he adds personality and humor but why are all of their videos only a couple of minutes long? Also, what is with the videos that only show the guy driving and you don't get a good look at the car and these videos need to show 0 to 60 times and quarter mile times, not just show the guy sitting in the car and you see more of him then you do of the car.

That's very strange packaging. Why would the s7 get a dual clutch transmission and launch mode and the RS 7 not have either of those??. Shouldn't it be the other way around?
apparently the double clutch can't handle the amount of torque on the RS7. shows just how powerful this machine is.
