I won't ever buy the car, but how refreshing to see a real world review for everyday drivers. Things like 'will a bike fit' are far more important to a lot of people, than how the car will react in driving conditions I'd never experience. Well done 👍🏻
Im lucky enough to have owned an RS7 Performance since early 2017 and I must say of all the reviews I have seen yours is the best.Having lived with the car for over a year I totally agree with all your observations. It is an amazing car!
Well done Pete. Most generalist are quick to say Audis understeer when they haven't pushed it hard to experience that . I salute you for telling the truth that it doesn't unless you are going at ridiculous speeds around corners. .
ginggur17 rear diffuser looks slim compared to rs6, all Rs7 looks like woman slim and so on, no wider arches nothing, look at rs6 it’s another story, wide body, muscle arches and brutal diffuser

Your reason for justifying the power is why I've got a 335d just instant torque without the need to be dropping gears it's a brilliant overtaking tool. Great video btw.
Probably one of if not the best review I've seen from you Peter. The Q&A format was excellent. So many "reviews" seem to be based on the opinion of the reviewer ( that sounded grammatically clumsy !). I have to confess that I'm not a huge fan of Audi, not that there's any one thing that makes me make that statement (horses for courses), but, this one caught my attention. Beautiful car. I lived in an 06 Audi TT225 for 8 months with my gf and cat, I had it stage 2 tuned. Perfect hatch style for car camping. Currently we live in a 16 VW GLI, it doesn't suit car camping as well as the TT did. I attribute this to the trunk vs hatch, we struggle with humidity more in the GLI. Also this car is stage 2 tuned, i also always change the control arm bushings to polyurethane plus geometry correction bushings. Get heavier steering, nice turn in and return to center. Planning to buy and move into a RS7, stage 2 tune gets you over 700hp and its got the HATCH! Carlife cause campers are slow.❤

Petrol Ped indeed, also at the moment the new E63S is not to bad. Love the new rs4 but not enough power (hahaha) but for the rs5 something bother me, from the front and the rear.

Large HP engines are must in the high altitude mountains of Colorado. We lose some power at high altitude, steep mountain passes are common place ..and passing slow trucks on these roads is often a life & death challenge. Power..power...extra power = safety for us. Great review...great car....I'm an Audi fan boy...still kind of loving the diesels. cheers.

Other things buyers might want to know - drinks ALOT of oil - half a Castrol 4L per 1000miles - put it in dynamic/sport and you’ll be filling up everyday - don’t put it in dynamic/sport if you have food shopping in the boot lol seriously those are the only downsides great car and gets a lot of attention and compliments everywhere you go

What is a little bit odd about the RS7 v S4 footage - is that they both accelerate and decelerate at almost the same time on the video. However the times are very different. If you add up the RS7 it comes to 10.9 seconds if you add up the S4 it comes to 13.8 seconds.
actually if you look closely the second time is a 0 - 60 - 0 time for both. So the RS7 gets from 0 - 60 about 1.5 seconds faster, but the 60 - 0 times are about the same. Significant weight differences?
Great video Mr Ped. I am an Audi man so it would have to be bad to disappoint. I drive a Diesel so the fuel consumption is an issue, even if money was not.

Great Review. I have had the S5, S6 V10T, and in an S7 V8T now. Love it, but wish I had coughed up the 20k extra for an RS7 back in 2014. Now I'm going to buy one for 2019 or 2020. Thanks!

Enjoyed that vid, you put together a very good review. The Audi is of course awesome, DOUBLE the power of my golf r! Big bucks 100K, Porsche territory. But with the large boot and 4 seats, is it the most practical supercar.

Hi I am from America and I must say you are the first auto blogger who has had no problem with the dynamic setup when turn on while driving the car. Every other blogger said that they would leave it off. Anyway liked the video and will be watching more of your channel. Will you be doing a video on the Audi S5 Hatchback? Will there be a RS5 Hatchback, and do you know why they don't sell the Avant 6 in the USA?
