I need to live in this mans world. Where I do not dread waking up every morning, working for a meaningless job, that only contributes to the demise of mankind. I need to live a life where I can smile and enjoy life like this man.

BullRed07 Indeed. Unless you want to live under the bridge, you better work in Italy and Greece, too, lol. The trick is to TAKE CHARGE of your own destiny instead of being passive-aggressive like the guy above.

You can do it, but you must find what you love, be willing to take risks and work without waiting for a slap on the back, and don't listen to negative people. It's up to you to make the decision.

30g butter
6 fresh sage leaves
Sea salt
600g gnocchi
100g fontina cheese, roughly chopped
50g Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

A woodfired oven (for me) is a pretty fancy equipment. I get what you're saying, that's what Italian cuisine is all about :D
One of my favorite things is the way he always smells his ingredients for his own pleasure. Cooking truly makes him happy and he appreciates every bit of it!

What a fabulous kitchen!!! No immaculate surfaces and top of the range units, and no fuss about hygiene. Just all the ingredients and utensils bunged down where there's a ledge. Wonderful.
