Yes they do, I did it once, but they charge $7 for inner US returns. But I prefer returning directly to the merchant instead of forwarding through MYUS. That's actually another 7 days kill and $7 extra charge. But incase if you send any goods for repair / customer service to US and if they don't accept international shipments, then yes you have to use any forwarding service unless if you have any US friends / relative who can do it free for you !

@@kimmmm8587 hi, sorry for not understanding your question properly. You mean your package from footlocker is in MYUS suit (Florida) at the moment and you want to return it directly to Footlocker? If you are using free account, you can just chat with any agent and request them for "return to sender". Or just change your default address to the footlocker's address, MYUS will auto ship to that address and charge you $7 for return to sender within US.
If you are using premium, there is a simple click option to "return to sender".

If a store like eBay offers free shipping, that's free shipping to your MyUS address. You then only pay for shipping from your MyUS address to your home.

Unless you have it set up to ship automatically, you do have to request it to be sent once it arrives. This gives you a chance to consolidate packages during this time if needed!
What is the handling fee? is this the same as the custom fee of the country that you send the packages? or this is the charge of your own services?
You will be charged customs when you package enters into your country. You also have to pay for shipping to your country (this is from MyUS). Our shipping rates are based on package weight and what country you are shipping to!

For the import charges, depends on your country. i shipped a HE-350 from the US which costed me 30 euro import charges.
Did it work out? Nike doesnt ship to re-shippers, and even personal shoppes doesn't work. Nike being a dick for nothing.

Yes you do have to pay for the shipping of the packages. We have different memberships that all have different rates! Our single pack membership is for shipping only one package and has no monthly rate. Our premium membership allows you to ship multiple packages as well as use our package consolidation and this costs $7 a month.

Hello. An update and a question. One of my packages was in the queue "in process" for being shipped for two weeks. But a couple of days ago it was put "in review" for this reason: "Reviewing package location". Though, MyUS has also taken and posted photos of this package and its content. What does all this mean? Is my package currently lost in their warehouse? If so, what will MyUS do?

They charge too much money, and if your item is shipped to the country, chances are they that country warehouse will not ship your item to you they're going to charge you to ship it to your address unless you pay for it, its very frustrating because you might pay three time the money then you spent on paying for the item.. Especially Haiti "Don't waste your money''..

It is up to the government of each country to collect any applicable duties and tax. We are required by law to include an invoice with each shipment.
