THANK YOU FOR ACTUALLY SHOWING HOW TO ADD LUTS. I contacted the makers of VN a multitude of times to no avail. Watched every video I could find on VN and just no one explained it correctly. That in itself made this video worth watching but I finally leaned the difference between exposure and brightness as well... so there's that. 👍

i guess you should give it a shot to these editors such as Kinemaster, AlightMotion, Node, AndroVid, PowerDirector. These are some powerful editors you can try on mobile phone specially Node that thing is like after effects on mobile

Hi, great video! I keep getting BLUR bars above and below my video project. It only appears when I add an intro video to the front of my project. If I delete the intro video, the blur bars disappear. Do you know why this happens?

Or could we do a fade in /fade out the volume like we do for the music at the top? 2. Is there a possibility to stabilise slightly jittery video once the speed ramps are applied? I’m using VN Editor since three months. It is a quite good editor for free! It’s a pity that there’s no manual for this app. So your Tutorial is great even if I know the basics of VN. How about a tutorial for intermediate explaining advanced techniques ?
I was breaking up a larger video into multiple smaller videos. When I delete clips in the front, the later clips move forward… BUT the audio track stays in the same place, and if you delete enough clips, the audio drops off the end and disappears FOREVER. I can’t find a way to lock the audio to the associated video, or alternatively, save my in-VN recorded audio externally from the project so I can easily re-insert the audio. This leaves me stuck moving each little audio clip one-at-a-time, which is a very slow finger-swipe process trying to move something from the back of a 37 minute video to the front of the project. Is there something I’m missing here? It seems like a reasonable feature to be able to lock an audio clip to, say, a key frame location on a video clip.
Great informative video…..but when trying to fade music in and out I only have volume level and no fade in or out in the options section. Any idea why?
Thanks for the tutorial! I had a problem editing my gh-5 videos 1080 10bit 100mbit 25fps in the VN editor on my redmi note 7. After colour correction and rendering the video quality becomes really bad with a lot of artifacts. Rendering settings are at max. I tried the same rendering settings in Davinci and the result was much better. Is it normal for the VN or I am doing something wrong? Thanks!
PLEASE HELP! I am trying to use VN editor. My video is only around 30 mins long in general. Each time I click on "export" I just get a warning saying, the current running available memory is less than 500mb clean up other applications in background or reduce the export resolution before exporting. I am using a Samsung tab A, I close all applications in the background. I only want to use the tablet for the purpose of making my videos. I have no photos stored, I have uninstalled every app possible (except the VN app of course) and I don't keep any of my previous videos, only the video I am making at present. Can you PLEASE tell me why the video doesn't just export, or what I can do to resolve this really frustrating, annoying problem? Many thanks, Richard

When you export the file does it cut out any audio or few frames from the video? I had this issue from Adobe Rush. Would really help if you could let me know! Using Galaxy S21 Ultra

It's probably OK but the problem is there's nothing to stop people claiming it as their song. All you can do is try using it and see what UA-cam says. You then try counter claiming but it takes time

Hi Simon. Great instructional, I learned a lot. Can I ask what might be the cause of a difficulty I’m experiencing? When I’m editing montage to the beat of a music soundtrack, both the video and the music track become quite juddery. It’s impossible to que transitions to the right timing. I suspect lack of processor power. But that didn’t aught to be the case in a brand new galaxy s22 Ultra surely? The longer the video montage, the worse it gets. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, this is incredibly frustrating. Thanks
If you get the error message while exporting....(The format of the %1$dth video is abnormal)... Here is your best method to fix it, no info i could find on net. Game recording 1hr. 20 with 40+ clips, For me it meant there was a bad video file. I deleted sections until I found the bad video & it processed. It was caused by not having correct game speed settings & was a glitchy black "flickering" when a cutseeen video occurred. Re-recording the bad video will not fix it. Either find a app to fix the whole bad video file codec, or try splicing off the cut scenes & add new one with brand new re-recorded cut scene in the game movie section hopefully.
My speed button is non functioning. It has never been illuminated. Can you explain this? I'd also like to use scrolling text. Is there a tutorial for this? Ok...I think that I just figured something out: the speed function only works on videos, and it doesn't work on photos. Attempted several times to zoom in using key frame and curve functions; to no avail. Seems like this editor works when it wants to.

Is there a way to export individual clips? I’ve tried to upload to Instagram and their music doesn’t start when the actual audio starts, which throws off my entire project. I thought maybe if there is a way to save each clip, I could upload and time it better there in sync with instagrams music.

I have an 8sec video that I want to loop while added music is playing. The music is 30mins long and I want the video to loop for the same duration as the music. Can this be done with VN?
How would you lock in an external voice recording to video footage? I have the footage and audio synced, but as I'm trying to cut out bits of footage, it doesn't also cut the audio and I can't figure it out. :(
@@SiHorrocks yeah, but then I need to realign the audio with the video so it's in sync again, and there are quite a few cuts. Usually with other editing softwares there's an option to link and unlink audio from video, but this is the software I have access to, so I'm trying to figure it out. I also can't seem to rearrange video clips, like it won't let me take the first clip and drag it to the last.

Does VN allow you to apply stabilization to a video? I'm using the one in Photos on Android, but it's not that good...

can't you cut the video, then select the audio and cut the audio?
