Hey Shadi, we recently updated the firmware to allow you to use up to 5 keyframes to create some really cool shots. The motors are silent at normal speeds and are only audible when moving at their max speeds.

Focus motor just spins and spins with no stopping. No amount of support from Rhino, firmware update or calibration has helped. It does not turn back the other way. There is no info on if it is possible to adjust. I'm using cine lense with gears and hard stops. The first one i tried the motor cranked the focus barrel so hard past it's stopping point it broke spokes off the lens gear.

How do you remove the mount plate from the base of the center piece?
I quickly figured it out, but that step was skipped over in the video. Might be helpful to show mounting a Sony vs a Red

Yes, it should work well with that camcorder. The Focus module will work with traditional lenses that aren't focus by wire.
I already have a good slider and dont want to spend the money to purchase another one. Will the Arc 2 work with it?
