very good idea - I have the same tools but never thought of mounting it this way. Actually it gives me a nice idea for a product serie next week. Gonna try that - thanks so much. :-)
Great demo, many thanks for the thorough run through. I have the same manfrotto x-pro tripod head - do you know what the spigott is that you used to get the space between the head and the slider ?
Love this demo, Kirth! I tried this exact setup w/ a similar camera and lens combo, but I wasn't able to get the arc II to slide all the way to the edges of the top and the very bottom of the slider. The cables started to jitter. Do you know if this is due to the motor or the battery not being able to lift its weight?
Yes, I actually don’t use a c stand but I figured most people would have a c stand. The autopole that the background is mounted to is what I use. It’s very stable.
This information helped me a lot to get along with my new bought rhino slider. You should be payed from #rhinocameragear there Informations and updates are poor. Thanks man, to take the time and make a video!
@@KirthNoel Great video! We must be on the same wave length. We released this video last week ua-cam.com/video/nf77H6u5MJQ/v-deo.html. Thanks for the support!
Can't know how I bumped onto this. Anyway GREAT content ❤️. I also have been watching those similar from mStarTutorials and kinda wonder how you guys create these vids. MSTAR TUTORIALS also had cool information about similiar things on his vids.
I've been building vertical slider setups for years, and this is by far the simplest. I'm really enjoying it! Thank you.
Great to hear!

Sounds like you need to tighten the belt a bit more.
Hey Kirth, did you tried to mount the slider to a pole stand instead of the c-stand, to make it more stable? My tables are on roles. Cheers
Yes, I actually don’t use a c stand but I figured most people would have a c stand. The autopole that the background is mounted to is what I use. It’s very stable.
What happens if the battery fails? Does the camera just come crashing down the slider?
Yeah I guess…

Hey Michael, you’re welcome bro. Yeah I couldn’t find anything on this so once I figured it out I thought it would be good to put some info out there.
