Please please please give us a part 2 ot this! The HOA bit is one of the funniest and simultaneously interesting things I've seen someone do in an SMP. Even if you took the time to meticulously inspect people's bases with a bunch of extra rules, it'd still be entertaining to watch

If you owned property before an HOA has been founded you have no obligation to follow their rules. If they give you any trouble, threaten to build a HAM radio or put a large trampoline in the yard.
