    I think you got the internal and external rotation wrong. 🤔The vajrasana leg is internal rotation and ardhpadmasana leg is in external rotation. Please confirm.

    Good ,but not includes the other leg procedure
    And a request that how it is beneficial to Sciatica and disc L4,5 compression

    ROTATIIN FROM WAIST& PLACING BUTTICKS ONNTHE FLOOR, A LITTLE TURN OF SHOULDER TOWARDS BEHIND. & TURN THE FROM.THE MIDDLE OF THE CHEST
