2022 ToroTamer NEW PRODUCTS: Depth Counter Spliceable Super Braid and Wind-On Fluorocarbon Leader

For deep water jigging depth counter lines are quite popular. Toro has offered 8 and 4 strand "solid" depth finder lines for many years. The firm has now produced their 16 strand spliceable line in multi-color form. Four colors used, each 10 meters (~30 feet) and then repeating. For jiggers, this is a dandy tool for going deep, for recognizing how much line is out off the reel. The second new product are FLUOROCARBON wind-on leaders. The length of hollowcore used is 1meter, with 700cm length Fluorocarbon, 26.25 feet in total length.

Toro Tamer legitimately to me is the easiest hollow to work with. The white is ridiculously easy but even the colored line is easy. I've never had an issue with line twist which I can't stand with other manufacturers and I've been through probably 10,000 meters of line in the last 6-7 years. I've converted a bunch of people to it now. Once people try it they end up with the hollow on every setup.

How often does the braid change color? Is it every 10 yards or every 50 yards etc. great stuff, thanks Mark!

Every 10 meters, about 30 feet. 3 colors = 100 feet.
