This channel is perfect for winding down after a long day. Whenever I’m tired, I just put on your videos and watch them till I fall asleep. Your commentary is just enough to focus on while falling asleep. Cooking content should be relaxing and enjoyable, and I never really appreciate how well you strike that balance. Thank you for making such enjoyable content man, keep up the great work❤
Is it normal to start foaming at the mouth when the title is read? 🤤
Garlic and steak in one sentence.🤤
And butter
Thanks for sharing your recipe . For garlic butter steak bites over rice . Looks so delicious . You And Family . Have A Happy Easter .
This is so perfect! Thank you about the for saying avocado oil is better for searing vs olive oil. My son and I were just having this debate the other day. I need to try this with filet mignon I usually make it with ribeye. The asparagus is a great addition to this dish thanks for that. I usually Sautee the mushrooms separately because my husband loves them but I don't. Lol I know I need to grow up, but I haven't gotten there yet❤❤❤❤
havent watched yet but i bookmarked it already. im making this for sunday dinner!

Keep looking for your cookbook online. Always sold out. Ide love to buy one, when can I expect to buy one!?!?
Hi, love your recipes. I do have a question. You use a "sateusse/every day pan" that you used on your spaghetti. I have a big family and that pan would be great. Where can i purchase that?
What pan are you using? I want one
Honey, you had me at garlic 😋 😂....let's go
Where can I find your seasonings?
Goodmorning this looks delicious I need a plate 🥰🫶
Get yuh own.😅😊
Okok
I’m not about to play with MMIH today! I been at work all day and mama tired😂😂😂😂
🔥🔥🔥
He took the plate😂😂😂😂
What brand of wine . I never know what to buy
Doesn't matter as long as its a red dry wine...
@@michaeltipton1919How can you tell if the wine is dry? Will it say?
@@cteacher4080 yes it say…
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Note to self, order more AP seasoning today!
The salt 👮 😂
I’m going to make this over mashed potatoes and definitely take out the mushrooms and asparagus. I am not a fan. 😅
What AP seasoning
He has his own brand of All Purpose seasoning
Worcestershire. Pronounce it wistershire
Thyme meaning Rosemary?
Thyme and Rosemary
Beef up the Beef Flavor!!!! Herbs to cook with, not that cook you. You need some shirts with those lines on it!
Once you use filet mignon, you can't go back.
marmot guinea pig capybara iguana snail
WOW! Filet mignon is about $30.00 - $40.00 per Lb. and you said 2 pounds!!! I wish you would have used a cheaper cut of meat for your video even though you mentioned it. Looks great!
Where are you paying $30 for 1 pound? It's about $19 a pound at my local HEB.
@@timr0by Way more here in AZ.
Whoa, where have I been, your recording style has changed, what happened??
Are you saying that in a good way or a bad way?
Pretty sure nothing was cooked properly. Onions get salt and are given time to get translucent. Then mushrooms go in with salt also. Then you wait for the water to escape the mushrooms and they cook down. You don't throw all that in together and not season either. You don't just drop meat in a pan randomly, you gotta go from 12 to 12 so you know which pieces are cooking. You place them in order so you can flip them in order so they all cook the same. When it's time to flip you flipped all of them out of order. Who knows what you're cooking at that point.
Then you add garlic, once you smell the garlic you have to add liquid. There's no such thing as cooking garlic til it's translucent or browned. As soon as it smells you drop your liquid, cooking garlic is the second to last thing you do. You add herbs before the garlic. Adding garlic is the last thing you do before you drop your liquids.
You added Worcestershire sauce to the mushrooms bland watery discharge. Should have added the garlic before all the herbs, then the wine, then reduce the wine, then the stock, then reduce the stock, then herbs, then taste and season before Worcestershire. And don't just add a measured amount of Worcestershire "just because". Every liquid reduces before you add another.
Also finish the meat in the oven. The sauce isn't for cooking meat. It sets for a few minutes depending on the doneness you want then if you want, it can warm in the sauce. But the meat should be cooked correctly and not need to warm in the sauce. Unless it's part of the sauce. But if it's part of the sauce it probably should be pasta not rice.
If you do it right you don't need the bullion.
Instead of trying to critique his video on a recipe we will cook how we want to, why don't you do a video on how YOU do it since you trying to be an expert.
@@Sylviar357 I'm not an expert.
