I was looking through their official website and it says the crystal is acrylic and I did a double check on Amazon and other websites and it says mineral

Is this smaller than a casio duro on the wrist?
Yes, it is. The Casio Duro is 44mm, and this is 40mm. Even if you have the pushers it wears smaller. As a reference, my wrist is 16,5 cm or 6,5 inches. You can look at 6:30 minute to see it on the wrist.

Is the case made up of Steel or Brass ?

No doubt the watch is beautiful and feels and looks like a vintage watch.
But i hate the strap design 😢. Why there is annoying black dot on strap it looks like bandage 🩹🙁.
However i have ordered this watch and very soon i m gonna wear it 😍.
I am pretty sure you are going to love the strap as well. It resembles the vintage racing straps, it is very high quality for the price point and I also find it very comfortable!
