The clasp the part ot the watch that the wearer interacts with the most. So, watch manufacturers need to stop cheaping out on their clasps especially on watches with integrated bracelets. Instead of giving me a display caseback for an unremarkable movement, just put a solid caseback and a better clasp.
💯 if they release a new version with butterfly clasp I will definitely buy it . I'm pretty confident that they will correct that mistake because they listened to thier costumers and fixed that default on the Tsuyosa small seconds.
I gotta disagree with this one. As long as the clasp doesn’t fail, doesn’t really matter to me. We interact with it 1 second a day, assuming you wear the watch all day.
Never not bought a watch because of the clasp... But certainly will immediately exclude a watch as an option if it has a solid caseback and it isn't for acoustic purposes like in a minute repeater or alarm watch.
I got this with the Green dial as my 2nd watch (1st being the Omega Seamaster 300m). This has now f'd my life!!! My favorite watch is no longer the most expensive watch I own!! It is the Citizen Titanium that just drapes perfectly on the wrist and is getting the most wrist time.
I'm glad to see Citizen stepping up their game, but I also think its criminal that since they also own Bulova, they haven't applied their Eco-Drive technology to the Lunar Pilot. Imagine the marketing for a Solar Powered Lunar Pilot. Here's hoping the YT review channels start asking Citizen about this.
Gorgeous Watch! I bought it after watching this video and always find myself admiring the dial whenever I look at it. Tissot PRX Powermatic 80 looked nice in pictures but hated it when I put it on my wrist. It didn't feel special and lacked character not to mention everyone has it, but the Citizen wears beautifully on the wrist, the textured dial, and the integrated bracelet is the best bang for your money.
I love how your review wearing the watch and showing how the watch look like in real life. Most reviewer are very technical in which i can read on website. This is how watch should review. Excellent job.
I have an old citizen eco-drive. 30 years old. Same clasp. Simple. Works! Nice! Do not fix what's not broken! And a few days ago, I bought eco-drive version of this - Citizen Zenshin AW0130-85L. Just love it. Dial like WOW!

Love your watch video content, Max! You are one of three UA-camrs I follow often to get my watch fix and updates. I just wanted to chime in on this Citizen’s pronunciation because it is pronounced “Tsu”-yosa and not “toy”-yosa. I point it out because I care deeply about your videos and the watches you showcase. 👍
My watch was purchased 2 years ago from MAMACOO and, to this day, it still looks and runs as well as it did the day it arrived. That movement has never missed a beat despite never having been serviced. I can't complain about that.
Not selling my PRX p80. Pd 500 2 yrs ago on a cruise. Not paying more for the quasi upgrade. Maybe a CW12 in the future. Maybe not. Wear my PRX every week.
I personally don't see an issue with a stamped clasp. It's functionally identical to a milled one, and you can't see or feel the difference when the watch is on your wrist or in your watch box.
@@bertholdbach4959 I'm with you milled clasps are thicker and heavier. Everyone cums over Rolex yet so many came with the crappiest folded link stamped bracelets into the 2000's
@@WatchCrunchOfficial You also know there’s a horrible 20 bucks movement inside. You simply can’t have good exterior finish and real substance at this price point.
got my 39mm with the white dial on the 3-link "Bader" bracelet watch on amzwatch 3 weeks ago and am loving it to pieces. Absolute fantastic watch that wears super comfortable on my 6.75 inch wrist. Chose the 3-link over the 5-link bracelet for the toolless quick adjustment. Way more comfortable than my Longines Hydroconquest 41 mm.
Just bought the Citizen super titanium bm7570-80x. Great dial with a beautiful green/grey/blue colour thats impossible to catch on a photo. No integrated bracelet, so you can switch straps. The only problem that I see with the clasp, is that it has only one micro-adjustment.
Had a PRX and after it needed to be serviced 6 or so after buying in new. It developed “helicopter rotor” and had to be returned to Tissot. I also had another watch with a powermatic 80 that developed the same issue. I sold both of them due to movement unreliability. Before I sold the PRX, I bought a Tsuyosa. I owned both at the same time for a few months. The Tsuyosa got more wrist time, and the Citizen movement is seemingly bulletproof. A few months ago, I say the watch in this review on another channel and went right out and picked up one from mastersintime for about $400. They had it to me in the USA in under a week. After having both Citizens for a month or so, the Tsuyosa wasn’t getting any wrist time so I boxed it up and put it on the shelf. I guess I’ll be looking to sell it or trade it in before too long. The new watch looks great and wears better on my wrist than the Tsuyosa did. I’m very happy with the purchase.
This is now my favourite watch channel on UA-cam , such great content and done superbly, well done sir and I got my favourite watch at amzwatch, it hasn’t left my wrist for weeks
Integrated bracelets prevent customizing and prevent individualism. Additionally if anything breaks, you are forced to obtain an OEM part. When they stop manufacturing the watch it will only be a matter of time before it becomes a paper weight. It’s a good looking watch, but the bracelet really ruins it to becoming a timeless design.
I have the green dial Powermatic PRX and the rose gold tone, red face Tsyosa. Integrated bracelet watches were never my thing before, but I love this Forza, especially the texture of the dial. Also, with my Tsyosa, I replaced the scissor with a milled one while keeping the original outer clasp. It was an easy upgrade that looks and feels great.
Been watching your videos for a while now and was inspired to start a collection. Started with the AMZWATCH, its specs for price and clean looks, now am looking for a dress watch to add.
My favorite 2024 is the Prospex Limited Edition 1965 Recreation European Exclusive in Gradation Island Blue. The dial is stunning and the contrast when on a white strap is to die for. I will get my hands on one from AMZWATCH
I am not going to sell my PRX. I will get a Forza in addition. I also don't see an issue with a stamped deployant style clasp whatsoever. It's a non-issue. A butterfly clasp may look classier when opened, but at the end I do not consider the clasp when deciding on which watches to buy.

Bought one for a friend's birthday, great value for money. Ways lighter than the Tsuyosa but yes it misses the butterfly clasp and the movement finishing from the small second Tsuyosa which would make that a watch a all time hit
That’s absolutely beautiful! The clasp is ridiculous but whatever. I have the 40mm PRX I got it when they first dropped the auto and it’s still the best overall package for the price.

Citizen change all the image of the brands, thanks to tsuyosa model, they are all great, nice and good quality, lot of my friend worn it proudly,my question is: did the acuracy of this automatic citizen is good?
I agree with you on CW's "The12": nice, but the dials are somehow "too much" for my taste. I really like the SW300-1 that they put in the titanium "The12s" too. I've really warmed up to titanium since I got my Citizen Promaster Land AT6080-53L. It's just insanely comfortable. If I bought a gold or tantalum watch I'd want to feel that weight on my wrist, but man there's something to be said for a watch that you can hardly feel on your wrist. That Citizen on its titanium bracelet is comfier than anything else I own, whether it's on a bracelet or FKM strap. So that brings me to "The Citizen" AQ4091-56L. I believe I need to have that watch. Thanks for this excellent video Max! I was wondering what your thoughts might be regarding the new Citizen 365 watches? I realize they are probably not for everyone, and the 365 days of power reserve may only be an interesting gimmick, but when I saw one at the AD I was drawn to the unique industrial appearance of the integrated case and bracelet, especially when combined with the faux aventurine dial. The main thing that kept me from purchasing it was the black plastic-looking bezel.
Ecodrive is a lot more accurate than 9 secs per month. I've got a bargain basement Citizen Disney Ecodrive. I set it to the atomic clock at work 2 months ago, it's still within 2 secs.
What is your opinion on the Fredriqiue constant highlife ? The salmon dial looks good. Is it worth at its price ? New one available at 40 percent off retail.

Why do watch reviews quote RRP on watches that sell for well below. Then commenters complain about pricing that isnt thr real price. These are on ebay for closer to $300. For that price these are good value.
The clasp the part ot the watch that the wearer interacts with the most. So, watch manufacturers need to stop cheaping out on their clasps especially on watches with integrated bracelets. Yummy asymmetry on this one, but I just got the Tsuyosa small seconds in stainless steel.
Riviera is Fu..ing briliant watch, all in satin steel and with probably the best pound to pound movement on the market, gorgeous watch.
Been watching your videos for a while now and was inspired to start a collection. Started with the mamacoo, its specs for price and clean looks, now am looking for a dress watch to add.
Best $500 or below watch on the market. 100% agree. Much better value than a Grand Seiko.
to me, it’s a must-have for the era … only a matter of which color😅 mine is the jade stone
Wish the date window was color matched to the dial and it was a tad smaller and i would buy immediately
Thank you for the video. Can you please check your audio and equalizer - the words with "S" are really hitting the ear.
Ecodrive is a lot more accurate than 9 secs per month. I've got a bargain basement Citizen Disney Ecodrive. I set it to the atomic clock at work 2 months ago, it's still within 2 secs.
This is easily watch of the year. I got the NJ0180-80A. It is soo good!!
When people are saying MAMACOO is a better option for buying a watch,I very much agree!
Can't decide between petrol green and the blue dial. Otherwise a stunner!
Whefe can I buy it in the US?
The blue and the white are my favourites...
Hi. DO you think it will fit my 6.3 inch wrist too?
What is your opinion on the Fredriqiue constant highlife ? The salmon dial looks good. Is it worth at its price ? New one available at 40 percent off retail.
Where to buy the green color? Not able to find on the website
Great video, very accurate analysis. In my 4.5 years in the game as a watch collector and enthusiast, I collected a lot from mamacoo I was thinking I was able to get a blue SD but I'm not vip enough, but I'm not giving up. Hehe. Great video.
Why do watch reviews quote RRP on watches that sell for well below. Then commenters complain about pricing that isnt thr real price. These are on ebay for closer to $300. For that price these are good value.
Would ypu get this or the murph?
