Hi Diane, WELCOME I'm so pleased you discovered my channel! Can I ask how you found my channel? was it recommended by someone or by UA-cam? You made me giggle when I read ("thank you for the zero chat and music") I try not to talk to much and I hate it when videos have the same music on a loop throughout the video, it gets really annoying! I hope you find wire working as much fun as I do! (Little tip) try not to get too frustrated in the beginning and give up ! I promise it's well worth a little patience, just get some cheap wire to begin with and have fun! If you need help then don't hesitate to ask, I'm only a comment away! Linda😊
Love the double jump ring chain. I like a more substantial chain. Very clear instructions. You make it look so easy I might have to try it, lol….I only caught the last bit of your Live but it was fun !! 😊💐😊
Yes Cindy, you should give it a try! if you like a more substantial chain, then try it with the 18g wire! I'm so happy you thought the live was fun! I enjoyed talking with everyone! 💖😊
You are so very welcome Christine! I try my best to hopefully make my tutorials as easy to follow as I can. I hope you take a look at some of my other tutorials as well and please leave me your thoughts! Have a wonderful day!👍❤
Hi Linda! Those are beautiful chains!! I’ve said it many times-you have the patience of a saint to do them!!! Love the bracelet you are wearing!! Big hugs to you!!
Hey Jennifer, hmmm they say "patience is a virtue" not so much for me, it's more about " necessity is the mother of all inventions" LOL and sometimes I find it very calming and soothing to get into a rhythm of repetition! Big hugs to you my friend! xx
Hey there, You know I haven't used a manufactured chain in many years in my pieces. I always make my own, because I believe if your going to spend time on making a handmade piece of jewellery then make the entire piece handmade! I hope you enjoy the other tutorials on links! Have a lovely Easter and I hope to see you at the Live stream on Monday 1st of April!!!!
welcome to the wonderful world of beads and jewellery making, hope you make some beautiful pieces in the future, just let me know if you need any help!
Hey Linda, I have not met many Linda's in my life, so it's always nice to meet another Linda! Wow 6 grandsons!!! I have four grandsons and no grandaughters! I have made all of them a couple of chain link bracelets as well as a necklace or two! If I had a grandaughter she would be embellished for life! LOL I hope your grandsons love the bracelets you make for them and appreciate the time and love that went into making them! Have a wonderful day and I hope to hear from you again! take care
i really love my chain links...and i really Love the hook n clasp ends...im really hoping you make a tutorial vid for them too please...having one with coiling...very nice...thank you so much for these...hugssss💙💙💙
hi Kim, so happy you liked the chain links, I have been working on some designs for clasps so maybe a tutorial coming up soon on those! take it easy,😊 hugs back at you!
You are great I am an American newbie. I like how you show the cm and inches. Your voice and how you take your time. Thank you. I am trying to learn more about using cm and mm’s. Thank you!
Aww thank you Dawn! It really lifts me up when I receive comments like yours! I love to get to know my subscribers and what they like and don't like (more the like part) lol Metric is very easy to learn, I learnt imperial measurements first and then had to learn metric when we changed over! "Quick lesson" 10mm = 1cm! 👍😊
Hi Jill, I love that you love my links! LOL I enjoy making chains too! (did you notice that you typed chins instead of chains!) 😂As we get older we make chins whether we like it or not! 😢😢
Thank you so much for your beautiful tutorial. May I ask that when you measure you could also tell us the inches as well as centimeters. Thank you much 🫶🏻
Hi Carol, I looked back through this video to check if I had given inches as well as centimetres, as I am always conscious of my non metric viewers! I did give both measurements at the beginning of the video! Maybe you just missed that part? ❤
I just started wire work, and your video is very easy to follow. Thank you for the tutorial. What size jump ring did you use to link the two components together?
Welcome to the "world of wire work" I really hope you stick with it and enjoy this wonderful medium! Just let me know if you have any questions or need a helping hand, I'd be happy to do what I can! I am thrilled you found my video easy to follow! I used a 4mm jump ring for this chain! Have a wonderful day and please stay in touch so I can stay abreast of your progress with wire ok!? 👍😊
Hi TawnH1, I'm not sure what you mean by " can I ever see how to do the link"? Can you please explain to me what you don't see in the video showing you how to make the link!? I look forward to hearing from you regards Linda
I never get over the links! They are amazing & different! I love it! 🥰
