I love these wire wrap tutorials. I've been frustrated in trying wirework, whether loops, clasps, or wrapping beads/gemstones. Your videos are clear & explained very, very well. Thank you for taking the time to teach us.
Once again a marvelous tutorial seriously I watch one of yours every day and do what you suggest I'm not near as good as you are yet but thank goodness you're here to show me.

Hi Lily-Tree, Great video, thanks for making and sharing, especially liked the camerawork, nice close-ups of your handiwork. I was playing about with some rusted thin guage wire today thinking how to put together a bamboo wind chime that I'm making. I thought that home made links from rusted wire would be perfect for the project but i was struggling with coming up with the right type of links- especially wanted a hook like the one you make. Now that I've seen your video I'm going to go ahead and practice some link making and come up with something suitable for assembling the various parts of the chime. You've inspired me, thanks.
Hi Lily-Tree, ur videos are best . Learning and building my Jewelry making skills so good. Need ur help. If I want to go for lager production like 1000pieces . What is best and easy way to polish them.
I'd like to speak English just right u do, it's a music for students' ears. I think u could record dialogues and texts for the lessons 😁 the wire lesson is excellent 👍👏👏👏
Thank you. Wonderful tutorial. Is the purpose of aligning the loops on opposite planes (per link) to keep the chain of links from kinking while wearing?
I could not see clearly how you added the gemstone to the middle of the loop. I am trying to make a double-ended looped link and was hoping to see a close-up. Nice clear video, however.
This question was asked a while ago, but for new readers I'd suggest that the wire is behind the bead in the photo. The three wraps were made, the bead then thread on and then the wire was wrapped around the side of the bead and then three more wraps or two maybe, then finish the link as before. I think the solution is hidden through photography and the position of those beads. It looks like a smaller gauge wire than the neighbor links also.
My wire comes dead soft, which is perfect for these links. It needs to be soft enough to make the coil, so personally I would go for dead soft, then work harden the loops if necessary.
I uttered, out loud, to myself, over and over, "Ah Hah! That's how you do it!" Great instructions! Thank you!!!
Love the fact that these connectors have a loop you can open to add more connectors or a bead on link. Thank you for the help.
Thank you this is the first time I’ve come close to getting these right. I’ve been working on these alllll damn day

Thank you. Wonderful tutorial. Is the purpose of aligning the loops on opposite planes (per link) to keep the chain of links from kinking while wearing?
nice combo open closed loop link. Seems like you cut off about 1/2 the wire or was this an illusion?
I could not see clearly how you added the gemstone to the middle of the loop. I am trying to make a double-ended looped link and was hoping to see a close-up. Nice clear video, however.
i'm sitting here trying to figure it out myself

Do you have a tutorial on how to add the beads to this technique?
I haven't yet, but I've got a video coming up soon about bead links so keep an eye out for that!
Should the links be soldered for strength?

Beutyful
$fantastic video !
Thank you!
l have trouble getting it flat (can still feel the sharp wire) wonder what l am doing wrong
Muy bella su clase o enseñanza profe
🎉
what kind of wire? half-hard, dead soft or hard? thanks
My wire comes dead soft, which is perfect for these links. It needs to be soft enough to make the coil, so personally I would go for dead soft, then work harden the loops if necessary.
Is this half hard wire?
🥰🥰🥰🥰
Si puede ser en español?
